killed a quest monster, but didn't get the drops?

for example, i killed the lvl 97 skeloton hellhound, but, when i killed it, one of the rubies got stuck in a wall, so i couldn't get it :cry:, has anything like this happened to any1 else?

 

 

 

Ouch...That stinks.

 

 

 

I accidentally messed up in the Roving Elves quest. I didn't talk to one of the elves and killed the Moss Giant unarmed and had to go back to the elf lands AND re-kill it. I would call in more of a blooper, though. :P

When I was doing fremminik trails there was someone cannoning at rock crabs. Everytime I spawned that guy you had to kill the cannon would attack it.

 

 

 

Annoiest thing I ever experinced. They guy wouldnt turn off his cannon either #-o

I did manage to forget to pick up the smoke diamond. Invo was full and I clicked on it then teleported out. I had some help (he was stiil there whacking skeletons) but the convo went something like this.

 

 

 

friend: Did you get the diamond?

 

Me (thinking): of course I did, I clicked on it!

 

Looks in invo...no diamond

 

Me: Um no, I didn't get the diamond, I had a full invo #-o

 

 

 

I had to walk all the way back to pick it up, rather embarassing. At least I didn't have to fight Damis again \' .

Not with a quest monster, but when killing the giant snails on the temple trekking minigame, their shells sometimes fall at places where you cant take them. Thats not a big loss though, since they have no current use in game, but it seems to be the same problem that you have.

Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

Same thing happened to me... I was like 'omg I have to fight him again!' My friend whom I was paying got a bit mad. I'm so glad I didn't have to fight him again :uhh:

In Cure A Queen Part 2 I made the Magic Essence Potion long before I was supposed to, and the system didn't register it, so I had to go back and re-obtain the ingredients.

 

 

 

(I sent in a bug report.)

 

 

 

 

 

That's not a bug, you weren't supposed to know about that yet :shame:

One time i was fishing and browsing tif.. i didn't notice i got a river troll and when i looked back at rs i was in fally -.- i lost full lederhosen and mime boots <.<

I can't remember any blunders that I've made during quests . . . which is odd because I'm a fool. A moron. I must have made some mistakes but I can't remember them atleast.

Agility pots aren't that hard to make. Just farm some toad flax. I have over 100 four dose agi pots. \' Turoths drop toadflax seeds rather often.

We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

I killed the Dramen tree Spirit then because some Idiot attacked just before me, I had to kill it again which took 15 mins.

 

[off topic]heh, the dramen tree spirit was easy to kill, unless u didn't mage/range :-w lol, i maged, wind blast rules all! lol[/off topic]

I ended up bringing unfletched bows and arrows for me to beat that thing. I ended up bringing Bind Spells with me too to help a friend with it. Fletched him bows and arrows and brought spells to stop the spirit long enough for him to take shelter behind the mushrooms.

Dont remind me off that quest..I did the same thing, but i didn't only kill the moss giant once, i though you had to get the drop, i made about 5 trips of lobbies before i found out what i did wrong :wall: :wall:
