September 22, 200619 yr beef. Chicken never fills me up... I'll always be hungry a few hours later. But chicken sandwiches pwn burgers. Other than that, beef. 100% Steak is amazing, not chewy if prepared correctly. You can do a lot with it like tacos, burritos, steak, some amazing other stuff. :-)

September 22, 200619 yr Chicken...I never eat red meats or red fish except lamb and rarely sausages. Eww...I can't stand red meat... Chicken eh. Well it's so...various. So many different things to do...I like it cut up finely in a salad with cheese, cucumber, and sometimes crisps (lol). Or roast, with mashed potatoes and gravy and carrots. Or fried, cold, in a fahjita with mayonnaise and sweetcorn and other yummy things. Or sliced, stuffed with cheese and peppers, baked in the oven. Or dipped into coriander soup on a piece of fresh baguette. Or baked with lemon and oregano, then mixed with tomato sauce. Or in chunks in a curry...Or..no I'd better stop there. I could go on for ever. :lol: PS. I'm not saying you can't do a lot with red meat...but who wants cold beef? :?
