Other than that, beef. 100% Steak is amazing, not chewy if prepared correctly. Well it's so...various. So many different things to do...I like it cut up finely in a salad with cheese, cucumber, and sometimes crisps (lol). Or roast, with mashed potatoes and gravy and carrots. Or fried, cold, in a fahjita with mayonnaise and sweetcorn and other yummy things. Or sliced, stuffed with cheese and peppers, baked in the oven. Or dipped into coriander soup on a piece of fresh baguette. Or baked with lemon and oregano, then mixed with tomato sauce. Or in chunks in a curry...Or..no I'd better stop there.
