My school is in there, due to the fact that it's in a movie, as well as an attempt to break a world record.

supernovasigst7.jpg

area of Southampton i live in.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swaythling

On the 24th August 1988, Swaythling was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the site of the largest street party in the world when the A335 Thomas Lewis Way, which allows traffic to bypass Swaythling and the neighbouring suburb of Portswood when travelling from the M27 to Southampton's city centre, was first opened. Around 3000 people were present at the event.

didnt know that

My town, my school, my home town, my specific suburb, everywhere I've lived, and much more.

I'll edit this later. I have to go eat dinner.

Thank you 4be2jue for the wonderful sig and avatar!

My town.

We have a rock group formed there, we didn't let Macdonald's put up the golden arches. We also broke a few world records.

My school.

Also my friend and i started to make a artical about us. The teacher told us to get off the computer.

I've only created a very small number of pages on Wikipedia such as for Brothers Pear Cider and about the Mr Hell Show. I have made small changes to my town page or about work related stuff but i've not really made any big additions about that kinda stuff.

I do however spend a lot of time working on the Battlestar Wiki, The encyclopedia of the Battlestar Galactica sagas. Its a big geeky I knbow but its quite a popular site :D

That's so cool Viktorkrum! I remembered you talking about having a hockey player at your house. How'd you get one to stay with you?

Me doing staff.

I think majority of high schools are already on Wikipedia. The ones you'll have trouble finding are usually new or ones in third world countries.

My city of course: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saginaw%2C_MI

The hockey player who lives with me: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Mursak But he has a website, which is better: http://www.janmursak.com

My school: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saginaw_Arts_and_Sciences_Academy

Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

Our (banned for being unsafe) campus bar crawl had a great page on Wikipedia, until 22 days ago when it was deleted because it "doesn't show any evidence of being interesting, influential or notable outside the local community where it takes place" (surely most of the wikipedia pages about highschools and such aren't interesting, influential or notable outside of their local communities either??)

Fortunately the page is still available on answers.com ;)

For it is the greyness of dusk that reigns.

The time when the living and the dead exist as one.

Yeah their new notability rules are pure evil...

My first article got deleted too.

I think ive made about 500+ edits or something in there... I know what the difference is between significant and trash articles...

The Enrichment Center reminds you that the weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak.

In the event that the weighted companion cube does speak, the Enrichment Center urges you to disregard its advice.

My old school doesn't have a wiki page and it was founded in 1760. A few others where I live aren't either, and no I don't live in a 3rd world country

I'm guessing people were making too many "nothing" articles and they were running low on database space or something. I'm not saying your article should have been removed, I'm just speculating on why they implemented this new policy.

summerpngwy6.jpg

One of my articles has been removed before. Wasn't happy with that.

The arenascape one has been ditched before as well.

Their notability rules are complete [cabbage]. And you only need a few bias'd asshats to vote for a delete to get it removed (like the retartd who keeps nominating the ARENAscape article for delition when it comes up - damn runescape addictioned tosser )

Well, I guess that depends on your opinion of Scotland.
