Now as I frequently get bored of looking at my same old character whilst he kills them beasts, I switch genders for a while. But everytime my character is female, and I tell people that I'm actually male, they accuse me of being a crossdresser, transvestite, dragqueen (whatever you wanna call it) IRL.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What's your opinion on this? Is it morally wrong to have a character with a different gender then yourself? :?

not really, its a game and they are just kids who don't know anything else to say. Just ignore them and keep doing what your doing.

I think that we have the right to be what ever gender we wish to be ingame, some female players i know have male characters so that kids won't harrass them so much.

I have always been a girl in game and i never ever play a boy unless there is a good reason to (stat wise). though i never had a problem, most ppl dont know I am male, and whenever i told them i was male, most of them were fine.

Many male players play female characters. I switch genders ingame a lot too, i even think that the female character has better graphics. Anyway, i rather look at girls than boys, so that is just another reason the use a female character. 8-)

The thing is they hit on your female character, then freak out when you tell them you are male IRL. I believe it's a pyschological issue. That and most RS players are immature.

I don't know about the rest of you males out there but, I really don't like looking at my genders behind. That is my reason for playing as female. Reminds me of how I make it through the long runs. Maybe one of these days I'll run a marathon......
