I heard about that. What MY suggestion is, is the scroll bar automatically moves with the text, rather than freezing it like pausing a video tape.

Having the report option as a right click option can cause trouble when people accidentally click it etc. Also it would the images be sent straight away or stored until the end of your report? For the first one: It will not cause too much trouble, as all it does is fill the name in the Report Abuse interface, nothing else.

 

 

 

Second question about the images: The end. You will see why on some improvements I am making on suggestions 2 and 4.

 

 

 

For the final question, it will NOT give a major dose of lag, as the scrollbar is attacked to the writing if you see what I mean... I'll make an animation to show what I mean.

very good also the lock idea would help with buying things in world 1 and 2 becus atm someone says buying full rune and you are selling you have to go up the list and find him while the incoming spam is pushing it up so you cant even read i. and it would help reporting too

suggestion 2 is way too slow... when you click ok the 60secs are over...

Full support, I was looking for a "lock chatbox" option too, as well as JaGEx recording the minute before the report was sent in and the minute after it is sent. Hopefully they will accept this and implement it, hurry and email it to them! :thumbsup:

When you report someone, JAGeX receives a snapshot of what happened 60 seconds ago. However, after you have reported them, they do something even worse in the next few seconds. You try to report them, and get ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâYou canÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t report more than once in the last 60 secondsÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hmm... i think i need to correct that. When you report someone JaGeX receives snaphots of what has happened in last 60 secons or so. JaGeX do receive more than one snapshot. Not only one.

As of now, alot of players do not report others unless the wrong doing has been directly aimed toward them personally. Reporting is easy as it. Maybe the typing in of someone's name disuades some people from reporting others but not if they had some type of wrong directed at them.

 

 

 

--With that said, the in depth type of reporting you explained takes players through another 2-3 screens of reporting before it is finally finished. Where as currently there is only 1 screen. Now that alone is enough to scare a bunch of people, who would normally report but really do not care as to what happens to the other player, away. Going through so much trouble for somthing they care so little about would be useless. Thus creating less use of the report button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All in all I am just saying it would decrease the amount of reports which does not solve anyone's problems.
