It's up to Jagex to research the reports they get not the players. Not in the case of us F2P'ers... We don't pay that much. Sure, we put in enough for updates (like 12 more F2P bank slots for everyone including a P2Ps' usage) through the adverts, but making customer support have to fight with a mess of reports from us too? We should be able to leave them a hint so they don't have to take so freaking long! Speed is key, such that Jagex doesn't have to deal with so much trouble. Mine is locking the scrollbar, so it is almost attacked to what you see in the bar currently, until it reaches the top when it stops locking. I should make an animation. Noah, I know.
