we have plenty of NPCs with rune, addy armor. i think its be great if they added a peculiar NPC with full dragon :-k it can be the next slayer master.

If they did add a npc with dragon it would never be full dragon. They might have a sheild, scimmy, and legs, but never full dragon.

Ya know, that ain't a half bad idea. It may work, but I think there are enough slayer masters as is. Plus, many people would not be able to do his assignments. He would have to give you the top 10 monsters (TzTok-Jod, Kalphite Queen, KBD, etc.) to use as an assignment.

The troll from my Arm wasnt wearing it,but had it on the ground if you remember. Thats the closest to full drag Ive ever seen in an NPC

Imagine the Slayer xp from the final kill. Although thinking about it the KQ has higher hp.

If you've done the quest, My Arm's Big Adventure, you'll see a cutscene toward the biginning. It shows a npc adventurer in Burntmeat the troll's cauldron, about to be roasted. On the floor is his shiny dragon armor. The adventurer tries to convince Burntmeat to let him go and in return Burntmeat can keep the armor. But Burntmeat, being the stupid troll he is, says he will not agree because he can't eat the chain. It's too hard for trolls to eat (idiot :wall: ) so he throws it away and cooks the adventurer alive. Technically, the adventurer DOES own dragon armor (but died shortly lol).
