I know some guys who mine there and they say they get on average 45kish xp an hour there but have to be efficient. However, if you're REALLY efficient you could sometimes reach 50k.

well this is about the earliest I've ever been on rs :lol: . Exam times mixup. I thought my physics exam was at 8 but its actually at 11 so I'm on rs at 6:30 in the morning :lol: .

 

 

 

Well thats interesting that people are getting 40-45k an hour, because I've developed a method (at least I think I developed it) that is much faster than banking banking iron ores at yanille. It involves iron ores, you bank them, but its less than half the distance and you get about 35-40k xp an hour. It's also alot less stressful (don't have to constantly be dropping ores) and you make a nice 17-20m profit from 85-99. I'll probably write a guide for it, its fairly simple but works really well.

I'm with wakka, if you haven't done enough revising before the day of the exam it's useless to do it like an hour or three beforehand.

Exactly. Yet people still cram it all in...

whats the xp per hour mining granite? I only want an answer from someone who has timed it or knows someone who has timed it, I'm getting lots of mixed answers from people and don't really feel like timing it myself. (and no, this does not mean that my next 99 is mining :roll: :lol: )

 

 

 

Well. I get about 40k/h at my level, and this is a pm I got from Aasiwat.

 

 

 

Exp per hour that I got:

 

 

 

At levels 85-90: 40-45K per hour depending on how much did I chat.

 

 

 

At 95+, I was able to get 50K an hour IF I had chat off. Otherwise, I got around 45K.

 

 

 

Best exp that I got in one day was 700K, at level 98 I think. Runemonkey was down when I did that though :huh:

i tested it with 84 mining and i get on 41k each hour..

 

what i read everybody got that;)

 

i heard from people who tried to 1 hit rock they sometimes get 60k xp each hour...

Mining will definately be a challenge if you decide to do that after Slayer, but it'll be worth it. :D

it will cut you're time in half but it will also cut you're profit in half as well, if you're looking for a full profit you're better of banking in yanille bank. With this method you get 1650gp per trip, 17-20m from 85-99, 35-40k xp per hour, and probably a mil or so in magic xp :anxious:

It was annoying because I got to school at 10:30 thinking the exam was at 11:00 but it was actually at 12:00 so I had to sit around for an hour and a half (went and got lunch though). Also got up at 5:50 this morning thinking the exam was at 8:00 but it was actually at 12:00 so it's been an annoying day :lol:
