warri0r45
take this test to find out - test The higher the percentage you score at the end, the more your views contradict when given certain situations. When i took this test, i was surprised, i scored 60%(above average), although i believe i have reasons for this. what do you score?

Mercifull
Tension Quotient = 0% 7464 of the 108351 people who have completed this activity also have no tensions in their belief system. There are a number of possible explanations for the fact that you have no tensions in your beliefs: 1. You have a very consistent set of beliefs; 2. You have very few beliefs - and consequently answered none or only a few of the questions! 3. You've done this test before! Well I've not done the test before but I am pretty clear with my beliefs as people who have has discussions with me will know. ^_^ Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Anesthesia
7% - it believes I contradicted myself on the question about art being taste and Michelangelo being one of history's finest artists. I contend that I was just answering that question according to whether he is one of the artists I think was one of the greatest to have existed. Some people are changed by being a moderator. insane
I had 3 tensions in my result, and I only agreed with one of them. The other two were wrong interpretations by the site. The one I agreed with was a tension because I misread the question :P
Intarweb
That test misinterpreted my answers in order to fit the criteria of a contradiction when one wasn't there. I hardly think that 'agree' and 'disagree' is enough for someone to understand the reasoning behind my thoughts. You crampin' my style.
assassin_696
That test misinterpreted my answers in order to fit the criteria of a contradiction when one wasn't there. I hardly think that 'agree' and 'disagree' is enough for someone to understand the reasoning behind my thoughts. I agree. I got 3 contradictions on that test and none of them were actually real contradictions, simply misunderstandings by the site. I think a simple "agree" and "disagree" option isn't enough to really understand your thoughts and so make an assumption of a contradiction. Based on those contradictions, I got 33%. I contend that I was just answering that question according to whether he is one of the artists I think was one of the greatest to have existed. Yep, exactly the same for me. Just like the political tests, these only have disagree/agree questions, and therefore the results should be taken with a grain of salt. Not all the questions could be answered by just a disagree or agree.

How2PK
27% contradiction. Some of them are a bit weird. You agreed that: Severe brain-damage can rob a person of all consciousness and selfhood And also that: On bodily death, a person continues to exist in a non-physical form And I read the second one wrong. You agreed that: The environment should not be damaged unnecessarily in the pursuit of human ends But disagreed that: People should not journey by car if they can walk, cycle or take a train instead I thought it was like, people should not journey by car if they can walk. They should cycle or take a train instead. So no walking at all. And well, this one. You agreed that: There exists an all-powerful, loving and good God And also that: To allow an innocent child to suffer needlessly when one could easily prevent it is morally reprehensible Found it a little bit weird as well. What does me believing in all loving God and an innocent child/or w/e human being (innocent or not) suffering have to do with each other. Surely, this God could prevent it. But that wasn't the question. It was the question weither I thought it was morally wrong or not. And yea, the last one was just stupid. You agreed that: Having made a choice, it is always possible that one might have chosen otherwise And also that: The future is fixed, how one's life unfolds is a matter of destiny But still it is weird. I mean, I have chosen both answers. But now I would have chosen otherwise. So, it was destiny that I chose it at the time, but now that I look back to it I might have chosen otherwise. Or not? Ah well, what should I care. A little bit of contradiction is healthy anyway.
