nope, my accounts not even 2 years old, but ive played classic and find it a challenge and admire those who did play classic. infact, i wish they would add classic wildy to RS2. classic combat system was amazing

I find that legends cape looks better than obsidian and so i prefer it.

If obby capes would ever fall below 40k, you can buy cheap fury amulets

 

 

 

If you sell a cape to the shop, you would get ( I think ) 15k tokkul. 20 x 15 = 300, thats one onyx. 20 x 40 = 800k, cheap onyxes plox.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So one of the reasons for the stabelizing is TokKul, if It would fall below 60k, It would rise up like a rocket and will be 100k or so. So yea, Obby capes will be quite pricy.

I think they're actually 18k ea because Chaos Runes cost 45 each and sell to the shop for 9 ea (1/5 of the price)

yes and a skill cape is 99k and +9 and y not wear it u r gonna spend 99k on it anyway :-X

I got my obby cape before I got my legends cape. Should I totally diss the obby now? I mean to me almost every stats extra counts indeed. Eventhough I never pk, while training slayer melee on monsters aproximatly around my level, every def point is worth it.

well in classic i made it to cbt lvl 89 which was difficult imo... i remember cbt 100 was a big deal now 120 really isn't much of big deal lol.

When obby cape first came out, it weighed nothing, so big advantage there.

It is a waste...but I like the extra bonuses the Obsidian cape gives over Legends...I mean a few bonuses can mean a lot sometimes. Now with the new skill capes out...obsidian isn't worth it except for its looks. The skill capes just don't match that nice black, cool cape. I myself wouldn't buy a obby cape, but spend 99k on a skill cape, but thats's because I have the stats for it. Anyways, I would buy obby if I can't get a skill cape, because sometimes those few extra bonuses that obby cape gives over legends is important in situations sometimes. If I don't need those extra bonuses...there's really no point. Legends looks just as good as obby if you can't match it well.
