From what I understand dreams are made up with what you were thinking/doing about the day. So essentially if you were to play rs only for a minute you could have a runescape type of a dream? :-s

I never once said that the question was one that was philosophical. I said the discussion that was rooted from the question was.

Dreaming about RS has nothing to do with playing it too much... just playing it too late at night and then going to bed. I've had quite a few RS dreams going to bed at 11 playing RS right before that (even if it was just for an hour).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One time I had a dream that I was in World 2, except in real life... I had a big bag of money with me, and with it I purchased full dragon (odd because I would never purchase dragon in real RS... I find it to be useless, and just 'pretty'). Anyway, I put it on and got my whip... and I don't remember anything after that, I think I woke up.

i was a rs charaecter in real life, drinking from the sea and looking up to the apples hanging around. i received telepathical sound from "friend": i am jagex staff. you have to give all information about yourself to me". so i told him my country, my name and my "password" which happened to be my date of birth. after that i asked him "what you are going to do with all this?" and came up an answer "i steal your account when you sleep. bye". i woke up all swetty :uhh:

Yes, that's the point. It cannot be proven logically so naturally you assume that it would based on the fact that it makes a sound when you are around, why would it change. I think its pretty obvious that to dream about something, it is because you are thinking about it. Pretty basic mate and to be thinking about something is probably because you either have been doing it alot or want to be doing it at that moment in time so thanks but next time keep your thoughts to yourself?

I had a dream about RS. It was in real life format, geez, Varrock never looked so nice.. \ When I was walking away from Varrock, well, thats when I forgot the rest...

Your self conscious mind is - you don't chose what you dream. Also, you could have only thought of RuneScape for a single second to dream about it. You have to do something a lot to think about it? Really!? Wow. Hmm, that's so unbelievably odd that I'm not thinking about breathing, isn't it? Also, most dreams are in a setting or situation that is not exactly possible in real life, so I wonder how that could be done often. OT: I had the wierdest dream ever!!!(not RS related) last night. I'm sacred to go to sleep tonight. It was that wierd(no not telling)

errr..only one i remember, this guy was running in from edgeville, except the bank was in normally wildy area, but it wasn't wildy...then the guy died of poison and dropped a d chain and i got it, little odd

My friends still pick on me for this, but I had a dream where I got home from school, logged in, right in the middle of a drop party in Draynor. I put on a party hat to get in the party spirit, and got sniped by a Star Wars clone trooper standing on the roof of Draynor bank.

And if we're gonna get scientific, breathing is what we call an "involuntary" action meaning we dont have to think about it and playing runescape is a "voluntary" action so making a comparison is a bit far fetched.

How did i change my opinion? My opinion remains that you should have kept your thought to yourself, posting a downright offensive message is hardly acceptable whether you say its because you "believe my statement to be moronic" or because you simply want to start a flame war because you are bored.
