Before I took a break, the last thing I did was get scammed a fury (5m). After coming back, within 3 days my group of 3 got a dragon chain (another 5m for me if split up), but the guy who got the drop ran off and didn't share. My recent unlucky balance: -10m

I wasn't complaining or feeling sorry for myself.

 

 

 

I'm completely over it now.

Had members for over a year now... No Dragon Drops. Not from Fire Giants, Barrows, or Dragons (Metal and NonMetal).

worst thing for me is probably getting 20 metal dragon tasks in about 35 slayer tasks

you can always take the opportunity to get chains from dusties. you will get it eventually.

You know...burying bones alone does not get you Leo, in fact it is very rare. If you want to get that random event, go to the ogres near castle war. Fight 5, get the bones, bury in sequences of 5. Rinse and repeat, all the while not talking or rotating your camera. I got Leo twice in an hour doing that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways...it took me about 2.5 years to get 1 mime random event.

So I set out and killed HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of guards. And I got all the clothes and both emotes in under a week. :( Randoms are well, random.. :|

the first 2 or 3 days at fire giants more people had leo randoms then were able to kill the fire giants all the way through

jagex scales down the term random in peoples favorite training spots im guessing so that people can actually get sets of armor and certain drops upon or near the realese date of something?

The guy/gal that dropped the camo, freaky forrester/mime-whatever 5 hours before the costume roomcame out. I mean, thats hard to recover, since randoms are not tradable and not kind-specific-inducable.

in the last year i went from about 50-77 slayer, no dragon drops (have never had one in 3 years)

I have had no mimes, but several sandwich lady randoms. I get a level 3 clue about every 250-300 monsters (including jellies and hounds). My only luck this year has been getting a robin hat in a clue scroll. Here's to a better 2007!

#3: I was a noob, fell for armor trim scam... lost mith helm and legs, and steel pl8... -.-

this seems like i want to tell everyone about my bad luck, so ill make a question up for it. Im not unlucky because theres no suck thing as luck. All things happen for a reason, and if i was prepared enough to carry round guthans, then i would accept me loseing it and not think it as bad luck because i died when i lagged. Buy a better internet connection if you dont wana lag :anxious: .
