Go to a popular market world like 1 or 2 or 3 and then go to Varrock. North of the Varrock west bank are lots of marketers and merchants. Then go around the other side of the wall to the Varrock castle side and drop something rare (I take no responsibility for loss due to lag or anything else :P)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then watch the mini map and watch dots running after you lol. Make sure that nobody comes nearby you to take it. If so, pick it up and do it again. I think this can be played with Falador's garden, dropping the item behind the wall (north) outside Fally. Not sure if people are there though since I'm F2P.

Yea, when you're on the a world like that with a lot of players, you have a high risk of lagging. It's safer and funnier to "fake" an item, like the ash and red bead trick said above.

I actually know a place that is inside the park but people will have to go all the way around it to, sort of inbetween where the whip and d chain merchants are theres a space to the right that takes a long time to get into, but someone check if they can telegrab there first
