WHO LIKES FARMING?

I do.

Farming is 95% afk skill, you dont even have to online!Only to harvest and that's it.If it is money you are after you can make a good deal of money with growing and selling herbs.

mhd7k3.jpg

Even tho my farming lvl is not vv high i really engoy it, it is a good money maker providing you have the rihgt materials......

jagex definatly did NOT make a mistake in releasing farming, even tho u may not like it doesn't mean to say it was a mistake....and dude think about what u randomly write..

P.S. it's not healthy to go an raving about a skill that u don't like get over it and stop whining

I <3: Farming.

It's so easy, and it makes you decent cash. + I can do a round of trees a day, and some herb and allotment rounds, and have plenty of time to do other things...

Farming is the shizzle and it makes herblore alot easier to level so I'm not complaining

And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,

that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.

So we shall flow a river forth to Thee,

and teeming with souls shall it ever be.

In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti.

If you don't like farming then don't train it...simple as that. Myself I love farming, it makes herblore so much more easier :D

herblore, herblore, and even more herblore. I dispise hunting low leveld monsters so my herblore is naturally low, that is until farming came out. Yes, not the MOST exciting skill, but does help

Farming is anoying, too much travelling.

Its the process of learning farming. I call this process Fertilization

1) You see the skill, think it should be fun

2) You try the skill the way you try other skills and wait at the crops, only to die of boredom

3) You rant to Freshwacka about how stupid farming is

4) Freshwacka tells you ranarr/snapdragon farming made her 10m, and shows you your process

5) Your farming goes up 20 levels in a week

6) You enjoy farming

Congratulations, you have opened your farming chakra. (5 Bonus points to someone who can tell me what show that is from)

I love farming, but I do understand why people hate it.

Actually, in the beginning, I was "afraid" of farming too. It seemed way too complicated. But once I started it and got the hang of it, I loved it. Now, 2.5 months I'm already 75 farming. Its my highest member skill.

However, I hate flethcing, a skill most people love. Its so boring, just clicking once every minute and then waiting. And the xp you get isnt that fantastic, nor is the money.

About the reason people hate it: It's requires some preparation, knowledge and BRAINS. You must remember when you can check your herbs, find out a good route etc. I guess some people are just too stupid for that, and can only bash on monsters or fletch a few million bows in a bank.

First you need some onion banana juice.

Oh it's a mistake because you don't like it. Yet thousands of others get along with it rather nicely and actually find it useful if a little mundane.

To each his own, I like magic, some people like farming. To each his own, and why does it matter that other people like a skill. If they like it, let them do it, no one says anything because you like attack, or prayer... or whatever

im training farming slowely atm

masterofquestep4.gif

i like farming because it uses more than 1 tiny cell of my brain.

alwin_loser.png

well i like it because it actually takes VERY little effort once you have worked out how to do it all right, it's also a very profitable skill and that total level can't be dragged down with a skill at such a low level.

newscape300x50qz7.giffull qp - always willing to chat add me...

I like farming, its a nice break from my fishing i have to do all the time. I'm level 31 in farming and cant wait till 32. Apparently thats when the money making comes in whe nyou can grow ranarrs.

Poochu.png

See, I just plant Ranarrs or Irits (whatever I feel like at the time) in every herb patch,

go do something for a while and then go harvest. Even if one or even two of the plants dies,

I -still- make a load of profit off the ones that survived.

It's not an active skill, it's more something to do in the background while you train

your real skills. :?

My greatest ambition is to kill every member of the human race.

crackersapparentlyiu8.png

However I am a realist and therefore know that I probably wont be able to.

idiotacyoa5.png

you can do other things while training it. It requires very little work or materials. Its fun seeing something you made progress

mini193.png

Doing a little bit of everything

It's a never-ending circle.

Train at Dagannoths for Seeds -> Plant the Seeds -> Train Slayer -> Pick Herbs -> Plant more Seeds -> Get Dagannoths as a assignment.

It's a completely neverending circle, until you hit 99 Slayer and 99 Farming, then I wouldn't train it beyond that point.

mazurizi.png

Farming is probably the most efficient way to make money by a skill in this game. (consider the amount of clicks per exp and coin)

When i was playing RuneScape, a skill came out.

It was farming. But why farming?

Whats so happy or good about farming?

WHO LIKES FARMING?

What is so funny about dropping seeds in the ground?

I have maybe farming 38 but thats because i do tears of guthix.

I can understand some people that they train farming because the have all they're other skills 99 lol.

But, why are some people crazy about farming?

I want to discuss about farming here.

My opinion is: "I dislike farming, doing tears of guthix to raise my lvl cause i hate all the waiting and dying of my herbs and hops"

farming has a lot of uses

1) the ability to make a lot of foods includeing a 22hp 1 click healer(i know mantas are same but take way longer to get even just 1)

2) the ability to get good amounts of herblore stuff( herbs and even limp roots)

3) a smaller portion but trees that only you can chop

4) with out farming there would only be normal poison so no dd++ :-P

and not only that but if your having a problem with the waiting... you dont have to sit and watch it you CAN and SHOULD go do other things ( fish or whatever) and you can pay the farmer to watch most crops so no dead crops, problem with herbs? try super composting I RARELY lose a herb to disease

Farming = awsome

Farming? No, I don't like it all... *looks at farming level* ...well, maybe a little.

toastedsplee.png

I didn't like it either, then I farmed trees for a day, and went from 36-42:P
