Oh oh oh I love this idea, just love it <3: Love it! <3: ::'

But isn't this a lot of updating work, for the wilderniss ditch to move and stuff? Or will it move, just like the fishing spots?

I love the idea, especially the war <3:

i support

Yea, you're right... but then again, I personally think they should change the exp given... Won't totally add that yet... Either that or have it periodically change (like they move every 20-30 ores taken or something)... That's up for Jagex to decide. ;)

You're clearly in for more artificial intelligence and variation updates, except for the moving rocks it all seems fine. Perhaps this periodically changing is better. Add me to support list.

Since some people complain about entering varrock when you support fally, I kinda disagree with that...Anyway, how would they know you are part of them? Make it more realistic! Like a James Bond type of feel--or splinter cell, you can be a double agent. You can work for Fally, and since no one in Varrock knows you work for 'em, enlist for them, spy, bring back info, etc. since it's, in my opinion, unrealistic for them to be able to attack you automatically, since they shouldn't automatically know you work for a different kingdom. However, they CAN and should attack you if another double agent discovers you are, let's say working for varrock and spying Fally. What they can do is tell, let's say a new NPC that is in high command of the war, or the general for short, you can give him info about that particular person by typing in the name of the person to what they ask who he is. Thus, since they don't know they were caught, if they enter Varrock, the guards would automatically capture them OR fight them, depending on if the character resists them or not. Options:

A) If the character resists, they have a chance to escape, however, the guards strength depends on their level, and if they die, they die, not jailed, but death and sent to lumbridge. Also, you are expelled from being a double agent from the kingdom you originally worked for since you were discovered, giving you the option of going back or choosing a different kingdom to work for. This gives a really realistic feel to it.

B) If they don't resist, or they haven't the time to resist, for example, they didn't realize what was going on, or many guards ganged up on them and they didn't want to die...Anyway, they didn't resist, and they character is brought to a jailed random event, where, after they would escape, they have a chance to get random event clothing or items (Jail clothing, gold pieces, gems, members half shield or key, etc.). After you escape, though, both sides would find out you double crossed them both, thus you are expelled and you can choose a different side. Also gives you a realistic feel, and gives you the option of choosing again.

Thus the authenticity increases.

Anyway, everything else is awesome, if I think of anything else I'll post, but everything is great so far!

Ooo, I like the new spin, sephiroth_king, somewhat like a pre-war or during-war mini-quest for lower levels or other people who want to take part in a different way. I like the idea... I'll add it with a note on the page. ;)

i support.

Idea:

Combining Rockslide& Moving Rocks:

After a rockslide, a wholenew collection of rocks could appear:

such as:

a mine w/3coal, 6 iron, 1 mith.

then there's a rockslide

2 tin, 2 mith, 7 iron, 1 coal

this could bewilder macros if all the coal vanishes :D

If you jump into a river in Paris, you're insane. If you jump into a river in Egypt, you're in denial.

More of a...Mini game, I call it. While they war, or even pre-war, you can spy on the opposing side, spot some weaknesses that can change the outcome of your battle. But since you are a double O, and other people as well, on your side or not, the spin is added...If your opponent finds you to be a potential threat, you can "Tattle" on the General NPC (War general), type in the persons name, and the next time they enter, if they are a Double agent, then the player can resist or be captured, like I said in my previous post.

I have a few more twists & Ideas.

If you were a double O, and you were spotted to be one by another player, then you are either captured or you may resist. But what if you weren't?

True or false. If a spy screws up, then is he defected? 95% of the time, I'd say. So if the other double O says you were one and you weren't, the accuser is jailed in your stead AND is defected, in the same jail cell as the double O capture and jailed cell.

So that is done and over with. What if you were a double o, and you decided to resist...And you managed to escape after killing a few guards? Well, you aren't defected, but keep your eyes peeled; you are WANTED.

Basically, if you are wanted, there will be posters (If you examine it and you resisted arrest, it shows your picture). These posters, with your picture, have your Username, WHAT YOU WERE WEARING LAST, and, to twist it up for bounty hunters: REWARDS. Now, I said what you were wearing last because it is vital. Hey, you are a double o, why not change your identity so it doesn't match the poster? This way, the guards cannot tell, and cannot chase you. But you cannot wear any clothing you wore last; if you were wearing full rune, a purple cape, a berserker ring and an ammy of fury, sorry. none of those things can be worn, or they'll have a hunch it's you, so they'll capture you if you wear anything you wore last. :D

Add those together with this post and you have yourself a great mini game, but I think it shouldn't be for members only; no, it should be the first F2P mini game. F2P needs more things, if not then these updates, in my opinion.

There. I'll think of some more things to add if I can, but I hope you enjoyed what I had to say. See ya. 8-)

well, and when varrock and falador are fighting,we can attack the opposite side players(well, player and npc vs player and npc)and when varrock or falador reach the opposite side town square,if it is varrock town square, the guard captain and the warrior woman, guards and sir prysin with sliverlight(hey where did he get another one?) will come out,if it is falador, sir vyvin(i forget his name)will come out with the blurite sword(where did he get that?)and one thing more,,aubury will on varrock town square and he will bring some mage(well, their level are lower then wizards),the mage will cast magic, but aubury will both cast magic and summon monsters!(sometime it will be a goblin with other colors of goblin main just like orange and blue)but falador will have wizards, and both of them have rangers

anyway all we can do is pray a jagex staff see this    (thanks for making me a supporter!)

i like the ideas

as for the moving rocks and trees, its easy:

just leave a "dead stump" or "rock" in place of what the tree/ore would move to, and every few minutes the place changes. this would slow autoers much the same way as moving fishing spots do, because when you click on the (now moved) rock/tree stump nothing happens!

hopefully this can get through to The Blokes @ Jagex Towers

newsignature1fs8.png

wow i love most of these ideas

especially the one about war between fally and varock would be sweet to see these happen :)

kakawcopyfg2.png

bannerbancocopiadj3.jpg

I support but not a mini game this should involve the real world

and lesser deamons in lumby freaking helarious

I really liked the idea of multiplayer random events. Allongside with depleating mining spots/moving trees, that would take a chunk out of the autoers.

I've alwise wanted "roming monsters", and again that would take a chunk out of autoers (and noobs that range/mage monsters from out of their range). ~this would go with the following~ Monsters would attack the citys, and players would have to repair/fight the monsters.

And if there were wars (kingdom vrs. kingdom) that would be enough for me to start playing again. Jagex needs good FUN updates like that. I would also injoy other massive events for the hole of runescape, like a war, drought, flood ect. Maby even rebellions to a king, and were the good king of varrok was overthrown!

~Although... I think that the "fluctuating prices" would be a wasted update, because it wouldent be a big enough change in the game. Although, it would be nice  ~

Back to RuneScape, Again.Avatar by Brian The Great

I support the wars, multi person randoms, moving rocks/tress, and the roamining monsters. The price thing is a waste of JaGeX's time.

The wars would be kool i could supply TONS of armour as long as i get payed for materials.(points at smithing level)

The multi person random events are just plain kool.

The moving rocks and trees are a Great idea. Totaly reduce macros but the gold farmers are also a problem.

The roaming monsters are great i'm tired of getting a slayer asssignment and knowing where that monster is i want to find it and challenge myself.

The prices is just a waste of an update and Jagex's time.

Man I would love this, reminds me so much of my beloved EVE-online!!! (Everything was live, player corps warred, npcs warred in politics and battlefields that players could join in and help their faction rule!) Everything sounds great to me, especially sephiroth_king's, kinda is working in a way my exploration and clan construction could fit into this perfectly! I support 12000000x 100000000000000000000000000000% (yeah I like it that much)

I was also thinking about it and using the lvl 1 land deed clan construction ideas (look and read my clan construction idea for an idea of what I'm talking about...no shame in advertising lol) and you can build walls that can be burned down if the enemy got close enough and you can put it out with buckets of water, but, they can be destroyed. Also field hospitals of tents that will give you regeneration bonus, also burnable if they get too close. Then they can build watchtowers behind their walls to fire upon the oncoming enemy and it then forces the enemy instead of normal runescape tactics, hit hit hit hit... to go to a more tactical fight with divisions and squads to take down the walls and fortifications, repair their structure, tank, keep archers and mages busy, and of course once the meleers come out, you have to protect your archers and rangers with more meleers. I think that would be fun. Then you can really get into it, I mean on a hill you can fire into a field below swarming with the opposing army and then once they arrive on your doorstep you can really engage! Army trying to grapple over the wall, force their way through the gate, burn a hole and enter, all the while fighting. :)

A spy could have specialist weapons like special daggers and the abbility to "hostage" important enemy npc's if they can fight them into submission and then can interigate them for enemy movements and such. Then when the guards come you can tell them you have a hostage and if they are important enough you can trade the npc out and get a 20second free period, you can also wear a mask or something during this so the npc can't tell who you are and you can continue back-stabbing...

ps. I know what being a double agent is like, did it on EVE, got me killed when they found out, my poor brutix... I bought an Eros with the money I made backstabbing though... \'

That would make the game more realistic. Maybe like the east and west aroudgune or whatever could war too... My clan construction could be used to set up mobile hqs and battlefield tactics would be implied... so awesome!

None2None, pm me and we could think of how to encorporate my clan construction... if you disagree with my earlier ideas
