January 5, 200818 yr Does anyone on the bladefist server want to go to deadmines with me? I can't find a group. Oh, and what should I put my talent points into before level 50? (I'm respeccing for a felguard then) EDIT- I just stopped getting xp. I have no idea why. I'm level 20 and killing things in the 17-21 level range and I'm fully rested. I even tried turning in a quest but that gave me nothing but coins. You on a trial account? Yes, why? hehe.. trial accounts only go up to level 20.. and im pretty sure you cant get more than 20 gold either. If you want to get any further then go buy the full game, you can transfer your trial character I think. I've decided not to renew my subscription when it runs out in a couple of weeks time. Not because I dont like the game, I think its great. But I have lots of incredibly important exams coming up in the next few months, and no matter how much I try to limit my play time, I will not get enough revision done to get the results I need. So i'm done with WoW until June probably, I just pray nothing big happens in game before then. I'll be back for lich king no matter when it comes out.
January 5, 200818 yr I let my subscription die about 2 months ago, and PvP was horrible on my server. I use EU - Bronze Dragonflight, I guess the Horde:Alliance ratio is about 1:1 it's a really good server too because the prices are normal (Not like my alts server where it's like 1g for a stack of 20 linen cloth). The only problem is, this server is full of twinks, I guess over 70% of accounts are twinks, most of them being on the Horde. PvP is almost impossible for Alliance, I've won next to no games in however many I've used. If I ever renew my subscription I will definately power my way to level 70 as soon as I can on 2 accounts at least. I know which ones. Click my signature for my blog!

PvP before 70 is really pointless except if you're just having some fun / getting a reward. Only PvP I do before 70 is world PvP. Anyways almost 68...
January 5, 200818 yr me and an RL friend set up a 2v2 team for the lulz deep PvE fire mage deep PvE holy priest the amazing thing is.. we've actually won a couple of matches.. god knows how..I guess no matter how crap you are, theres people who are worse

I'm serious, people have 1 or 2 main toons but then fill their character space with twinks. I'm not joking. :uhh: Click my signature for my blog!

You can't trade in any way, that includes mail and the ah, and you can't go higher than 100 in the main professions, though you can go as high as you want with the secondary skills(Cooking, first aid, and fishing). ~^v^~Ex-Leader of the Divine Flames of Redemption~^v^~
January 6, 200818 yr Thought I'd tell you guys how I'm doing in WoW as a first timer. :) My human paladin is lvl 70 now and just bought my first flying mount today. :P I'm not holy or retri spec'ed, but being a prot pally does suit me more. Oh and I'm on the EU-Hellfire realm and although I'm on the alliance, Horde are REALLY good at BGs on my realm and probably win around 95% of lvl 70 BGs. It's kinda depressing losing all the time, but I'm slowly starting to get my epic gear. I'm also starting a female troll rogue (lvl 16 atm) on the same realm, hopefully she'll be a lot more succesful in BGs. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
January 7, 200818 yr I've always said I would never play WoW. But a while ago I got bored of Shadowbane so I left my town to rot (or get baned) and since nothing else looked remotely fun, I decided to give WoW another shot. I haven't been playing long but I'm working on a DPS spec orc hunter who is currently lvl 32. I honestly love this character. PvP is easy with him. I was in Desolace earlier and I saw 2 guy on my track. A 33 warlock and a 39 mage. I took the warlock out no problem and I got the mage down before he got more than 3 spells off. I was going to do the battlegrounds a bunch at lvl 29 but I got caught up in lvling and hit 30 before I remembered  Anyways if anyone else plays Akama on the Horde you can usually find me running around. My name is Children and I'll toss you a guild invite to if you want. If you play ally, I'll be looking for you  Internet Marketing For Newbies
January 7, 200818 yr Lol @ .. that's a good name. My Warlock is at 49 now, gonna do some more BG's for a while.

I mean the mage, I can excuse (snicker, snicker), but there is no way you should have been able to take down that lock unless he was incredibly stupid or wearing level 15 gear. January 7, 200818 yr Author Yeah they must have been stupid. Stupid clothies are so easy to take out because even if they are higher than you they are still squishy. I dinged 69 today, expect to hit 70 tomorrow. (well... today now, but you get the idea.) 180k/780k xp atm.
January 7, 200818 yr Author I know in endgame, Beast-spec Hunters are hard as hell to kill as a Warlock. Yeah BM hunters are difficult for a lot of people, but locks it's difficult. Oh and I may be able to get 70 by tonight... 575k / 780k xp until 70 Amazing that in two hours (two hours ago I posted I was at ~180k xp) I gained a good 400k xp. I love outlands.
January 7, 200818 yr I can never decide whether to fear-lock the hunter or the pet. Seriously. So annoying. I can only take out BM hunters when I get the drop on them. MM hunters, on the other hand... Heh. Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers
January 7, 200818 yr ..and for rogues the opposite works true.. BM is the easier spec to beat, MM/Survival is where the pain is. My old GM was a real Hunter guru, he was specced MM with some Survival, and I never ever beat him once in a duel, nor did any of the other rogues in our guild. Actually the only person I did ever see beat him was a Ret Pally, another crazy-knowledge guidlie. Btw, halfway into 50 and I have just tipped over 6 days played.
January 7, 200818 yr Playing on my pally has just gotten boring. It was fun getting him to around 47 or 48, and completely owning in BG's, but it just isn't fun playing him anymore. No one would believe that I could out-dps a rouge in Instances so I couldn't get in as DPS, and i wasn't prot specced which made tanking hard. I had invested in a healing set just so that I could do some BRD and such, but even with that I wasnt a great healer. So, I spent some gold, and respecced (20g, I've tried out all the specs =]) to holy. I am a great healer IMO healing about 1600 - 2000 normal, and 2000 - 2600 crits with holy light at 53. I just hate healing. That is why after i finish my BE rouge twink, I'm rerolling as a mage. Anyone on Magtheridon - add me. 53 Pally - Blindinlight Rouge Twink - Twinkilla Also, I've been so bored that the last 3days played I've only gained about 60k XP =[. ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet.
January 7, 200818 yr I can never decide whether to fear-lock the hunter or the pet. Seriously. So annoying. If you want to kill me, I suggest fearing me. My pet doesn't do a whole lot of damage, he's just nice to daze anyone who runs at me while getting attacked (and maybe take damage from anyone dumb enough to hit him) but I just sit back and pray for some crits ;) Internet Marketing For Newbies

An MM hunter can hardly get away from me, BM just kite me easy. @ Dragon: No one believed you because there is no way a ret paladin will out dps a similar geared and played rogue, its impossible. Only rogue's you'd out dps would be scrubs. :) @ Zon: I usually would try to keep up fear on both pet and hunter, fearing the hunter first. At low levels they prob won't have a fear break. Hunters are a locks worst nightmare though next to arms warriors. Oh and DING 70. Dinged it at 6am.
January 7, 200818 yr Go show us a screenshot of youre super character then nadril :P My cousin plays this and is heavily enamered with it.I know he has a lvl 70 female(dont ask why he says they look better) blood elf priest and a lvl 70 zombie(looked like a zombie with skeleton bits,i dont play wow :P ) warlock. He was trying to get me into wow because he knew i was pretty good at runescape but i dont have the time to get engrossed with wow even though it looks so much better. anyway nadril lets see it :P
January 7, 200818 yr Author My gear sucks, I'll get back to you when its worth a damn. And zombie = undead.
January 7, 200818 yr Gratz Nadril! Hunters are a locks worst nightmare though next to arms warriors. No, rogues are. Against a warrior/hunter it becomes a question of gear, all the warrior has to do is NOT PUMMEL IMMOLATE and the hunter just needs to press bestial wrath. Failure to do one of those two things properly will result in death. If you do both those things, it's gear. A rogue however, assuming the rogue in question has the PvP maces, needs to screw up pretty goshdarn spectacularly to fail to meet the proper criterias for a free HK. Doubly so for an undead rogue. -This message was deviously brought to you by:
January 7, 200818 yr Author A well geared rogue versus a well geared warlock is a good fight to see. The things you mentioned for the warrior and hunter are easy, just one thing to do and they're pretty good. I mean a warrior can break out of fear I don't know how many times and will just pummel the lock to death. The hunter will just pop beastial wrath and destroy him too because the lock can't do anything. A rogue needs to keep up his A game to beat a well geared (PvP geared mind you) lock. A rogue verus a PvE geared lock though the rogue should always win. Lock needs to be SL for pvp most likely anyways.
