Still have Bobakanush, my 70 hunter horde side on rexxar. I haven't picked him up since I got Wrath though. Started working on a Human priest alliance side with some friends. Level 48 so far.

TBC wayyy better than Wotlk imo

i just dont see them put much of the WC lore back in wotlk i mean yogg saron isnt even from WC3 unless hes the forgotten one when the bug and arthas go in the cave

I like wrath better so far. For one, I like that I don't need to join a raiding guild to get some gear right now. Yeah the contents easy, QQ. Of course this is from the perspective of someone who isn't an lolraider (although I've done plenty of content) so of course it is different. PvP is bursty right now, reminds me of Diablo II PvP. Blizzard seems to have a plan to fix it though.

They need to start new lore at some point. They can't live off the RTS's forever. They were just lucky that they could continue lore from the original Warcraft games for 4 years. Most MMO's have to create their own lore from the ground up (Except AoC and WAR of course).

 

 

 

I love this expansion more because the zones just seem to work better in my mind.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On a side note, does the armory for work anyone else? I can only ever get it to work about 1/5 of the time I try it.

Sunwell before patch 3.0 was amazing... why? because it took long time to get the right gear u needed and u had to have skill!

 

i spent months working sunwell gear and when u get it, it feels bloody good

 

now u pug ur way u get about 4 pieces of loot per run its like.... lol?

i think they shud make new books, theres plenty of books out there, ive read them all (yes call me geek) NONE of them include lore thats used in wow

 

 

 

except mayb Sunwell trillogy

 

 

 

the problem with new lore, is they first; have to establish HOW to introduce that lore (e.g New game, book, comic book, quest) and they have to make it fit in the new lore

There is absolutely no problem with introducing lore, it's not that hard. They totally could do what you just said (Have a guy come out of no where and kill Arthas), it would work. They just have to build up that lore and back story through quests and eventually instances and raids. It's simply story telling, and it's really not hard to do as long as one is good at literature.

Insane, 2.1k DPS 5 minutes after being level 80, yes. In a PvP spec. :) Now it's up to 2.6k in pvp spec.

 

 

 

I hate dealing with raiding guilds. Set times, all that jazz, it's annoying. For once it is great knowing I can raid when I want to and not to some set schedule.

 

 

 

And stop acting like TBC was hard, it wasn't. It just took 25 non [developmentally delayed]s to do well who had the time to practice an encounter. So yeah, I like WoTLK so far. Plus this is the equivilent of T4 content from TBC, and kara was never a hard raid and gruuls, well, he needed to be nerfed. Chances are blizzard just set him up so difficult to act as a roadblock so they could get more content out the door.

 

 

 

The only hard fight in TBC was Kael'thas. (Pre and Post nerf). So yeah, QQ raider boy. :)

get gear (easily l0l) sign up to a raiding guild with 2.1 DPS (l0l)

Stop putting out the "lol 2.1k DPS" number out of your [wagon]. That was 5 minutes after being 80 in a PvP spec. I'm still "raiding" (PUG's) in a PvP spec, and I still out DPS most people in those PUG's so it doesn't matter.

 

 

 

 

 

Yes I did kara in blues with my guild, yes it was not that hard of a raid instance. No I did not do sunwell (quit before we went there) nor did I do Illidan (quit before we got there). Yes, raiding is easy. If you want to cry about nerfed content than you should set your sights back all the way to TBC because that is where it started mate. Not like I really care, it's all lolpve anyways.

 

 

 

 

 

And I could get a raiding guild with everything on farm (yeah easy I know) if I wanted to. They're my old guild I was in. Point is, I don't want to join a raiding guild because they aren't fun. I'm actually guildless right now and I intend to keep it that way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PS: Anyone can do 2.6k DPS if you just one shot a rat. It's mathematically impossible to do 2.6 sustained in greens @ 73 unless you are doing some really [developmentally delayed]ed AoE pulls. (This was single target, boss). Not like my DPS matters anyways, my build isn't built around DPS but survivability in PvP. (60/0/11 arcane/frost) I'm sure if I went frostfire and mindlessly hit Living Bomb > Frostfire 5x > Living Bomb than I could pull loldps numbers too. (Given we have another mage scorch stacking). You act like PvE, and PvE DPS, is hard when it isn't. Sorry.

If u want to go on about PvP in wotlk frankly i wouldnt know, unless u knew the Status of Magtheridon EU

 

 

 

We have 98% horde, and theres no BGs at lvl 80 unless u wait 32minutes minimum

70 mage on Nordrassil (PVE) -- RETIRED -- came back to rs (my real home)

 

also i have a 30-sumthin pally on Nordrassil, as well as a 20 or 30 sumthin warlock

 

 

 

also played intensively on the WotLK Beta \ lvl 70 deathknights were hitting 15k+ rapid fire with scourge strike for a while there. Really hilarious. I still think i prefered getting stuck in edgeville bank after the graphical update.

No just that it's lolpve. That is all. My point is PvE has never been hard, and I like WoTLK better than TBC because the content is better to PUG. Nothing more than that.

Dinged 69 on my death knight today, enjoying northrend hell of a lot more than i was enjoying TBC.

This dropped for me today while questing in storm peaks. My first ever epic world drop lol. It's mad fun running around dal/org with it, shame about the hour cooldown though. I seem to be in luck with weird trinkets this week, went to strat to find the elder and killed the dude near it for Piccolo of the flaming fire, then the gunman guy for Cannonball runner.
