I wonder if Jagex is going to continue these updates for ghostly items. They did say in the behind the scenes that dark things are begining to stir...

Thanks for the guide, helped me a lot, still havent seen anyone with a shadow sword though. Makes me feel special  But the fight was a bit boring, i wore ghostly, obby shield, and d scim... only used 2 sharks. Apparently Khazard's bouncer is as nooby in death as it was in life.

Cool guide.

The sword owns, even if it's stats aren't the best. The dog was quite easy, though I got hit a couple 11s.

Less than a minute in F2P, and I've created a train of people following me :XD: .

This sword is so cool! and that was the eaisiest 160 i have ever fought peace of cake.

Anyway thanks for the awsome guide

For the guide, you dont need to actually beat desert treasure to get the ghostly robes. You just need a ring of visibility and Amulet of Ghostspeak.

How else do pures get ghostly with one prayer?

Oh, thanks for the guide. I got my sword yesterday =D

Great guide, up to Tip.It's high standards too! :)

Just two things I want to point out, that you should probably fix:

The first ghost doesn't always say that Hazeel's cult has failed. If you chose to help the cultists, it will say that he has been resurrected.

When you go back to the cave, to replace your Shadow Sword, you'll need an Amulet of Ghostspeak. You didn't mention that the "guard" was a ghost! :shame:

Hope to see this fixed soon. :D

Edit: Oh, and a third thing. Mention that anyone level 60+ can probably kill the dog, with their best stuff, lots of monkfish or better food, and a super set.

Acually I didn't mention that at all :)

That was on purpose though, because I don't want to ruin all the little interesting things, I just want to give enough information so that people can do it for themselves, without too much trouble.

Thanks, I forgot to mention that the "Shadow Realm Guardian" was a Ghost. It's fixed. :P

It's acually much easier than you might expect to kill it, and posted earlier, I think some people thought that 40 might be the minimum? Correct me if im wrong but as I am not completely certain, I will just leave up what you have to face and let the reader decide if they are up to it.
