mbrun
You ever been so fed up with the time it takes to sell stuff (even with forums) that u high alched for less money. I went to free world to sell a Rune 2h, Scimmy and some green dhide armour. Nothin but headaches. U tell them price ahead of time and they still want to unload all their crap or low ball ya. What part of 30k for Scimmy did they not understand? Is there a better strategy for selling? Forum only? I seem to have best results for higher value items buy/sell. I had someone call me a froob for not selling them something cause he/she wanted to give me cash/items for it instead of the 140k I asked for in forum. Wish there was a better way of buying / selling on the crowded worlds cause stuff just scrolls too fast. deangut
Turn your Public chat to hide.. This way you only see the trae attempts. I just have drop party's with stuff I cant sell quick... or just sell for 5k below norm price.. I alc anything rune besides Rune 2'her The time you save for 5k here and there you could have got that much more XP and possible drops. That's just me... mbrun
Good advice. I just hate when people complain since I always sell for mid level price per zybez or other site market prices. Severation
This always happen to me. I have something to sell. It takes ages to sell. I eventually sell it for a ridiculously low price. I tele to another town, walk into the bank, only to find some person buying the item I sold for a decent price. Always..
Vindetta
I'm a big merchanter, i find that buying a "huge rang" of items helps. If i buy 200 unid's for 500 ea, a few drag weps, full rune and some other items then turn around and sell them its easier to do then just one item. You can either look for ppl buying your items OR have a bank sale. I don't do bank sale, its like a garage sale.. you sell things for less then they are worth. BUT if you run into someone yelling "Buying d2h" and i just so happen to be selling i just let them wait a little while, then trade and get MORE then what its worth because they are tired of trying to buy. And if i don't the price i want for it i don't accept and walk away because theres always someone else or the dude will realize you don't care if he has the item or not and will buy for you price.. this is simple rules of suply and demand, you have it, they want it, you can make the price and if they don't want to pay then they don't need it, simple as that. Also be sure to pick popular items, such as dlongs, or whips not random ones like dmace or guth skirt.

rise
when you sell stuff in crowed world make sure u say your sn or they will never find you. When you buy stuff look in the air and turn public to hide. Sell things for cheaper and someone will buy it. It works I walked into edge there was only like 10 people i had a rune scimmy from fire giants i say selling for 20k 1 time and already 2 people trade me. I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores

Bloodveld
Sell below average market price / high alch if you want cash only and fast trading.^^He's got it.^^ For example, if you say "Selling rune scim 30k!" in a bank, you could be waiting hours to sell it. Buuut... say "Selling rune scim 29k!" and it'll be gone in seconds, sold to a wannabe merchanter. :P :^_^: I drew that smilie, btw, along with a few more used by this site.Classic bloodveld for lyph3! dwarfie76
I really don't see the fascination with gp in the game. I've only got mediocre skills by anyone's standards and making enough money for a whip and a couple of barrows sets is trivial. I don't need anything more than that so any extra money I make is fairly useless unless there is a particular skill I want to buy a couple of levels in.
