Blipo
You know, he's not accusing you of stealing the article. You didn't need to state you came out with this before the Times in your title. And it looks like your also obsessed with spamming other people threads to get your post count up.. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else. jamyj2
I have been playing since the 17th. I doubt you've been playing for like...4 days. Your sig has some guy attacking someone with a whip and the other holding a shark If you've been playing for 4 days you probably wouldn't know about p2p stuff yet and even be able to make that kind of quality sig. And when I first started playing I didn't hear about tif or Tip.It for a few months probably stole it from some poor kid who spent weeks on that to have it stolen and have some one else take credit for it. The part in your post about you not spamming threads to get a "high" post counts was one of the strangest things I've ever read. It sounded like someone who was mildy [developmentally delayed]ed wrote it.
-Devoted12-
Play when you have free time. Instead of watching tv, I play RuneScape. Nothing wrong with that. If a friend asks you to go to a movie, then go. RuneScape can wait. It'll be around a long time. I'm sorry to say this, but I really believe you have played more than 4 days... Stats on the hi-scores, you know what some great P2P items are that most 4 dayers wouldn't find out for about 4 months. It just doesn't add up. Also, 4 days down, and your ditching your life. Reality check maybe?
reaper88888
Hmm... All i know is that if i didn't play rs i'd just sit at home and sleep on weekends and afternoons... And think about how much i hate the human race... And prolly eventually go insane and shoot up a shopping mall... Play RS, it saves lives! :P ...and ruins relationships... of course it's not like i'd know anything about that... :P Besides, it's my life, and noone can tell me what to do with it. There is no meaning or truth in life but that which we create for ourselves.

chad197
i exercise everyday. I play lots of sports. I also play runescape. I think the reason the kids are getting over weight is not because they are addicted, is because maybe they feel lowly about themselves. so they think if they can excel at something it would be runescape. thats what i think. \ Ever heard of comfort eating? X_Fat4lyfe_X
Runescape can be horribly addicting for some, but relaxing for others; its a matter of opinion, really. Kiss my axe.
Wachtwoord
I came to the point I had this question: "What is live about?" If you answer (and most children/teenagers/adolescents will say this): "To have as much fun as possible", then what's wrong with playing runescape all day? If that's what you like best and you don't screw up you're future with it (school), it's ok to me. I'll give myself as an example, at school I have quite a lot of friends. But outside that I see a certain group of people once a month and my best friend once/twice a month too. Which is not a very busy social life. Eventhough I'm pretty happy with my life now. And I came to this conclusion for myself: If I'm sitting alone in the corner of the class whole day, or if I can only talk about computer related stuff with my friends, or if my friends become male only (I'm in that age now), or I do very bad at school, then something is wrong and I have to change something. And even if you would do some of that there is nothing wrong IMO (besides the first and the last one obviously), it's youre life and in this stage (0-...) it's all about have the most fun. If you don't think its all about having fun, then you're obviously right. There is something more. One of them is taking good care about youre family. So at a certain age you should deffenitly change, but now this is a good way of seeing life IMO. BTW The author is lieing. He said his main was banned a year ago, but he also said his main was banned in January :-w . ctp080188
MY POST COUNT IS HIGH, I DON'T FLAME PEOPLE THREADS. I ACUTELY ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. So don't think that because I have been a member of Tip.It since the 17th I flame threads like crazy to get post counts. WRONG! You might not flame but boy do you spam. Runescape is only addicting if you let it be. If you ever blow off your friends and family to play the game then there has to be something wrong with you. At the end of the day, the amount of hours you invest in the game means nothing, what will you have after it? Nothing to show anyone. I understand playing it instead of watching TV or whatever, but people who are obsessed, I find it difficult to understand. SHH HUT YUH MUH. DERKHED. SwreeTak
I don't find RS addicting ( or atleast not more addacting than any other game ). Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
R_2_H
And also I understand that it is because you are interacting with other players which makes it addicting Either way it is still addicting. That's a big part of the problem. The other problem is the player killing aspect to Runescape. A couple of years ago China banned PKing because the children were getting too addicted to it. It was a problem for the people that couldn't control the game. I don't get addicted to ps2 games and that is the only system I have. Maybe it is because I can't interact with online players unless I hook it up to the internet. I'm the same way. I have a ps2 and I never get addicted to console games. I am however addicted to Runescape and trying to stop the habit. :wall: The ULTIMATE Runescape weapon
Defy
No runescape isnt too addicting.. i got bored ... so i clicked log out.. and havent been back since.. but i like to go on the forums now and then to see whats been happening. :)
skurfer48
Yea dude, I could probably say I'm addicted to it, but I'm in College and I am in a clan in RS, so I balance my time pretty well I think, I can only make maybe one or two of my clans events a week because I am either in class or more often than not I just am not playing because I am with friends or doing some much more important stuff than playing a stupid game. I realize that I am way too obsessed with the game but at the same time I am gettin good grades in a hard college in hard classes, I have had a girlfriend (in real life, not one you dance in Varrock with...) for almost 3 years now, not many RSer's have that I'm guessing, but hey whatever, and I spend tons of time with my friends. I mean as long as you balance your time, I think it's ok to be kind of obsessed with it. P.S Thanks for giving me somewhere to finally say this haha. ~Skurf [/url]
Joordaan
You'd rather play then hang out with friends? I wouldn't be surprised if you were a loner very soon. Pay it forward!
skurfer48
NO NO NO, I would never choose this game over friends, no way. Maybe I wrote that wrong. All I'm saying is yea I guess I'm obsessed but not really in a bad way because I spend lots more time with friends and doing much better stuff than playing.
