It's funny, but there is not much point of doing this. Sure you've managed to kill a macro, but they will just respawn in Lumbridge with their Rune woodcutting/pick axe and walk back to the trees/mines. Basically slowing them down, but that won't stop them from chopping their logs. Eventually, a human player will grow tired of the repetitiveness and quit, leaving the macros victorious.

Here's why it works. Most botters auto-click on the right color. For example, if they are a essence botter, they auto-click on white. Therefore, they also auto-click on the white [essence] on the ground.

I've tried this numerous times with alansson, we got one to die.

This has some flaws.

-they get full before they get to the hobgoblins

-they stop and run back to cut yews ocne they get to the hobs.

and ess luring is very hard.

Although I'm going to test a new one I thought of today.

Go in the crafting guild drop gold ore and lure them to the hobgoblins.

If it works and you try it and add it to the guide, give me some credit.

Cool guide.

I know for a fact that green dragon autoers will pick up your green dragon hides and dragon bones. So therefore, because those autoers are around the same as the others such as for yews. Then it is highly plausible that they'll pick up the items. But, they may not, because they aren't being told to pick up any items like the green dragon autoers.

Nice idea though.

good attempt but i really dont see why people like to kill autoers. for the most part they only carry an axe and yew logs so really whats the point?

as for green drag autoers, i dont believe they are even worth the effort since the best you get is an addy full or d bones. I think i saw leesters in an autoer outfit once goin for his last prayer level.

The clan I'm in is gonna eat this up :)

But anyway, I haven't tried this yet, but I wanna soon. I'd love to bait autoers up and maybe bring my friends around.

Sorry about the flamers bud but whatcha gonna do about that anyway?

No, no flamers, don't even think about it :shame:

Yup, certain autoes have it built into them that they look for the red dots on the map, within a certain distance of the resource only, so this trick may not work all the time...fun to get those cheap autoers though.
