Which country has the most weapons of mass destruction? Nukes? Which is the only country that has slaughtered innocent civilians with nukes TWICE? Which country lied about the proof of Saddam having his "bombs"? Which country was ready to put all their people (and same time whole world) into a threat of a nuclear war? Also the fuel thing isn't about current price. The thing is that we're shortly running out of it and we need it. I also don't really get your last sentence. If a country which had 2 wars against the Soviet Union, got over 1000km boarder with them and less people than in Moscow, do you think we would plan building our nukes? Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.
