The President can ask congress for a declaration of war. Aside from that I think he could attack somewhere but would have to be out within 60 days but I'm not sure.

Do you expect us to be happy with him? As person I am but not on his policies. He only won because Huckabee and Romney split hella votes. You better believe Obama is a politician just like everyone else. Everyone thinks he's some kind of messiah. No one likes to talk about his dirty tricks to get elected to state senate. Or how he's was so quick to go back on his word about public financing once it was better for him.

Gays should be able to adopt if it takes kids out of foster care or an orphanage. Other than that they shouldn't be allowed to. But since you mention how he brings people together that makes me think about all the times he's gone against his party or reached across the aisle. Instead of listening to Obama's rhetoric look at what he's done. Like Obama-Feingold, immigration reform, going against his party on global warming, or the gang of 14. Oh wait those weren't him were they? Why don't you look at someone who's walked the walk. Just look at McCains biggest supporter. Joe Liberman, as much as I may disagree with him, is a guy I can really respect. He put country above politics when he lost the democratic primary and even though the democrats turned on him he still gives them their majority.

Would you rather have everyone be the same? Obama was the most liberal senator last year according to his votes. To some people thats good I guess but to most its not. What is wrong with calling it like it is?

I didn't know people knew my own feelings more than I did. : Okay. Let's bring this up again in the context of sportsmanships. You are a well respected football team facing another great team. The game is tied at the moment. At the very end, the ref makes a completely bogus call that even you know was unfair - but your team won. Yes, the crowd will be cheering you on, but you know that you didn't truly win, so you feel unaccomplished, pitiful towards the other team, and kind of lazy. Then the other team will look at you and know you have not earned what you received. That is embarrassing in my eyes. This is how I feel about America. If you read my first post, you would see that I said I'm grateful. There's a difference between being grateful and being proud. I would probably be grateful if I won that football game, but certainly not proud - making me feel embarrassed instead. In America, I'm just another lazy kid, yet I have everything handed to me when I compare myself to other countries. That makes me feel unaccomplished, pitiful towards the less fortunate, lazy, and altogether embarrassed. Think of it as your a benchwarmer and the rest of the team has worked hard and won that game. Your still a part of the team even if you didn't play. Maybe your not proud of yourself but you should be proud of the team. Those random people would be Al Qaeda. That is why many Iraqi militias have joined the United States in fighting them.

^^How are we increasing Al Qaeda? That might have been true a year ago but not anymore. How long ago was it that Ryan Crocker said that Al Qaeda has never been closer to defeat? Thats nothing to be embarrassed about. A hell of a lot of people worked and died so you could have it easy.

Nice stereotype, I'm atheist, every Atheist I know including myself never trys to force our opinion upon others. It's just easier to stay out of all the religious crap. Missionaries often piss people off trying "save peoples souls", there's nothing that irritates me more than listening to some preacher babble on about this "all mighty god" or missionaries who do door-to-door calls trying to "save my soul". Well I don't mean like Jehovahs witness but foreign missionaries. They do a lot of good in poor countries.

Wow that seems so wierd to me but it doesn make a lot of sense. That reminds me of some show I saw about Mcdonalds opening restaurants in china and the chinese people didn't know how to use the drive through. They would get the food and then go back inside. You've been to sonic? That and white castle have been like my dream for a few years. I see the sonic commercials all the time and I've never seen one. One question. Why are they always in the car not driving? Has anyone been to white castle?

This reminds me of like junior year in high school. We used to save the same taco bell cup for like a month at a time and refill it. Even if we didn't get anything. I think that might have been a little much. The manager finally moved the soda machine behind the counter. But the people who worked there never said anything. It might have been because they didn't speak english though.
