My lowest non-member skill would be 50 rc. Never did care much for it.

Umm no offense, but... Look up 'ZZZamorak'. He has no combat stats whatsoever and has 8 skills at 99. OHHH! I think that beats CowButt or whatever its name was. Just because someone else happens to have higher skills than him doesn't mean his are any less impressive.

Yep, that is correct. What I had meant was that the capes would be "fully F2P" as he put it. Not necessarily that the skill masters would be moved. I for one set a pin the day they came out but I know that some people just don't do it, and then we get to hear about when they realize they have been hacked and their bank emptied. MAKING them get a bank pin right of the bat, great idea.

I believe that it should be split into fish and baked goods/stews perhaps. It is a fact that cooking cakes and other foods besides fish are more difficult but that just means it is that much more of an accomplishment. This would give people an incentive to make those currently uncommon foods. As for splitting meat and fish, that just seems silly to me.

I really would like to see the one that tells you how much exp. remaining to next level. That would be quite useful to me.
