I suggest cutting and burning willows at rimmington. It's much faster since you don't have to bank everytime and there is almost no competition.

Just fill in "XP Needed" and the bar costs, they changed since it's been some time. F2p only steel used to be the cheapest with -9.6 gp / xp. It's a Excel 2007 file, if you got a older version you can download a compability pack at the MS website.

It's random... rarity is based on the item's (high alch) value. A ruby only alchs for 60gp so it's not much different from 40gp

Mining rune skulled, with low food and no tele runes wich got me killed before but this time I managed to get away... very close tough

Yes! I agree 100% :D I think it is in the "dont suggest"-list of Jagex, there would be to much racism. Like: "i'm not trading with you because you come from COUNTRY". I can imagine USA vs Iraq/Korea/Afghanistan/....

If I remember correctly you have to put them in a chest in the dwarven mines, can't really say where since I did it in RSC.

Try to get a genie or that classroom event and use the lamp/book to level next to the mining master dwarf :P

all depends on what skills you use... i'd go for dwarven stout
