Not sure if anyone saw this, but... Personally, when I read that, I got the feeling that these won't be coming very often. I really miss BTS as well. Although I do like the surprise factor, it doesn't compare to the anticipation of reading a well written BTS. Edit: Wow go me. Just realized the post above mine mentions that quote #-o

Am I the only one who is almost always only interested in the "In Other News..." section? Seriously, it's usually those little things that really piss people off but make a big difference when fixed/made more convenient. Just my 2 cents.

So I've been saving frog tokens for about 3 years, pretty much just for the hell of it, but also in hopes that someday they would have some use other than being put towards some stupid suit. Well, today I just happened to get my wish. Anyone else have a crap load of these/had a ton of frog tokens? Oh, and rate/hate or whatever, I guess.

While this is disappointing, it isn't surprising at all that he thinks this way. I would love for them to release awesome high level content all the time, but I don't think I could put up with the [bleep]ing of all the lower level noobs, either, saying level X is too high of a requirement, and so on....I'm sure we all know the drill. I've gotten used to crappy updates. There's not much we can do.

If they start getting tons of random emails from concerned "parents" it's probably going to cause some raised eyebrows, wouldn't you say? These guys aren't as stupid as we may love to think. I'm pretty sure at least some Jagex staff roam around these forums and see what we all say about stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if someone from over there sees this, or gets redirected to it from somebody. :wall:

This can be a huge pain in the [wagon], depending on where you are. Same thing with many items of large quantities. Don't get me wrong. I hate random noobs walking up and spam trading you just as much as the next guy. Just saying.

Normally my answer would have to be no, since I know I actually have more time than I have allotted myself. However, if it was your case, like knowing membership was going to run out, then of course I would achieve stuff quicker/work better. The only time I worked better on a time limit was when I was racing a friend of mine to 99 crafting. I made myself stay up until 4 in the morning one day, turned off private chat to make him think I was gone, just to make sure he couldn't get ahead while I was sleeping. Yeah, that's something I'll never do again. If I hadn't become obsessed it would have been pretty cool.

Well what would you think of a global mod who's soo schizofrene he needs to have 5 different off/online things? As for the topic: 55 slayer isn't that "easy": it would take around a month I guess at your level. However it's well worth the time! I wouldn't say so ... I've seen lvl3 skillers get 55 slayer in about two weeks. (I think they no-life for around 8 hours) RECOILS FTW Last I checked, you can't use recoils for slay exp anymore.

I've only ever gotten one (Lesser Demon), but I'm positive it was out of dumb luck. I wasn't even trying to get it and I doubt I've killed over 1000. Don't worry, you'll get one eventually. And trust me, you're definitely not the only one around your level that's never gotten one. Plenty of people over 130 are still Champion scroll-less.

The Saradominist guy they talk about that can bless your shield once you have the Holy Elixir is Brother Jered upstairs in the Monastery. Not sure if you can use any other guys to do it, but I know he can for sure.

From how I interpreted it, he is asking if completing a clue faster increases your chance of getting a rare item. I'm also going to say no to this. I've done my fair share of clue scrolls and I'm convinced that time is not a factor that influences your reward.

I understand why they create these items to sell from a business point of view. Everyone likes walking billboards that help you rake in profits... The only thing is that a vast majority of the RS population is afraid to even let people know they play, let alone run around with RuneScape bedazzled items. I'd really like to know how much stuff they manage to sell. :-k

I bought a BGS after being in said mentioned clan chat the day they started to rise again. Just sold it again today, instantly at max. Probably going to regret selling it so soon, but I ain't complaining about a nice chunk of profit for no work at all.

Usually there's a slight increase or a smaller loss than normal (<5%), before items that crashed start to skyrocket again. We'll just have to see. BGS is up 600k today :thumbsup:
