I agree with zman, he just described you.

That's the main problem.. They make 120+cmb a joke.. My freind pced 99 atk and stre, and doesn't understand prayer bonus armors, potions fighting etc etc.. The basics you learn training in RS. When a majority of the 120s in Rs play like a lvl 85-90, that shows there's a problem. Underlined was a quote don't know what happened to it. If a new update comes out no one will no about how to deal with it and no one will have any distinct advantage except the higher lvls. If its a quest or minigame they can do it without fear of dying because of their hp lvls. What do you mean we'll have a greater advantage? Because we know that if you use a knife on a banana it will turn into banana slices?

You said it, but for me it's high school. :notalk: +1. Runescape updates are the least of my worries. Besides, half the updates are useless anyway. I mean who honestly cares about that 250 crafting xp. Besides, I know that just means it is probably building up to a new one, eh. I agree, "Thanks Jagex for fixing the music in RS, its gonna make me play for another 2 years!" :wall:

It isn't total lvl or how high your combat lvl is its whether your a generally nice, sociable person. I don't care if your a lvl 3 with a 100 skill total, if you respect me as a person and don't expect certain benefits from me I will respect you.

You said it would give high lvls more people to hang out with. Since when did your combat lvl determine your intellect or knowledge of RS? It has in a way for me. All my friends expect me to use pc ,but I find it boring and dull. Yes, it is the fastest way but Gawd does it have to be so monotonous? right.... PC does not "ruin" RS, but it does: A: Create high lvl characters who instead of helping out newer characters, need help themselves on even basic things. These are often arrogant, immature, jerks who because they have a superior combat lvl believe they own RS, though that is not always the case. Pc is also risk free, dumbing down the game considerably. B: You dont even need to train combat skills. Concievably a "pure mellee" character could achieve 99 range, payer, and magic without having ever fired an arrow, buried a bone, or cast a spell. C: It takes very little skill to play, and is generally an unenjoyable minigame all round. Well thats my thoughts, and lets keep the flaming to a minimum. I agree with you all on your points except A most of the super high lvls are very smart, and generally mute, the few that do talk are ussually very nice, and there are only a few who act like jackas....

Alot of people are currently going for the cooking skill capes so cooking them would be a bad idea.
-
Exactly. I'm sure someone who just started would want 99 Strength or Attack over 99 Magic If you asked any of my friends that they would immediately say 99 magic without a doubt and would "lmao" the crap out of me for even asking. 99 Mage + Ancients = Killer cw games (they all cw as if their lives depended on it, and its because its the most effective in castle wars (in my opinion))

Jagex possibly going to far too stop irl trading?

Same I've given whips, numerous rune items to people fully confident they'll give it back and vice versa. I think alot of people sometimes blow alot of this out of porportion I mean no one knows the friends your talking about and they could be perfectly nice people who got banned unfairly but their is the possibility that they weren't and got banned. :XD: I mean every once in a while one of these threads comes up and everyone gets all riled up about evidence that doesn't exist. :| But I am in agreement with this evidence needs to be presented first before you ban someone. It's like we're going backwards in history. In the 1300's the Roman Catholic Church arrested anyone who was supposed to be protestant and proclaimed them to be guilty until proven innocent, without any evidence having to be involved. (That was more historical than religios tipit, please don't edit it, I think it holds a certain ammount of importance here. -
----No prayer potions needed for barrows? Lvl 84+
Kilo replied to timmyboy1234's topic in General Guides
I'm glad you changed your guide to include the use of prayer potions on karil in the tunnel, because I did try to kill him without any prayer help and had horrible luck. I used up 14 lobsters and when I ran out to another room karil respawned in the second room, horrible luck lost quite a bit of my costly armour  .Live and learn I suppose, thanks on your guide I've done 50+ runs with it, I saw it when it had 1 page, I just never commented, I rarely do. Nice guide anyway. -
Sorry but I have to disagree. I think agility, mining, fishing, and RC are all harder than slayer. Come on! Fishing!? that you don't even have to click frequently on, just once, two minutes later you have to click again, it doesn't take major effort. :shame:

84 Firemaking - went for a 99, didn't have enough time for it. 84 Woodcutting - Made lots of money that way 82 Attack - Favorite Skill 79 Hp - cause it goes up... 76 Strenght - cause I wanted it... These look low but I do have all skills 50+
-
Come now. Things like pure essence and yew logs are pointless for a high skill lvl person like 70 fletching or 44 rc (not a high skill but most lower lvls don't have a very high rc lvl) to mine their own pure essence or cut their own yews because the time you need to mine say 1000 pure essence is not a low enough ammount of time to be worth doing. You make more money in a time efficient way of buying pure essence at say 100 ea then tripling that to the current nat price of around 300ea.

what level were you when you first became a member?
Kilo replied to ganon95's topic in General Discussion
Same, got 70 attack the day before. -
Full Third Age Melee is probably the rarest.
-
Nope I found a Holy Symbol did help though.
-
Your map about which way to kill the brothers is wrong ahrims in above karil not below, this could kill that people who use your guide so I would change it right away.
-
tons of people ask this question. For you, more than ready. For all those people confused the only thing you truely need for barrows is 43 prayer and a decent magic level.
-
BKR you say? sounds good I'll probably use that instead of DLS now. Thanks mate
-
This is what you really want for barrows: 75 Attack 75 Strenght 70 Defence 50+ Prayer 65+ Range 60+ Mage 55 Slayer The Minimum would be 70 Attack (whip) 65 Strenght just to hit high enough for kill count 65 Defence just to not get the crap kicked out of you 60 Mage (Fire Blast?) 43 Prayer 55 Range 0 Slayer
-
If I were you I wouldn't worry about the melee lvls focus on mage and range, pcing is the fastest way to raise them.
-
I read your first guide this ones just as good if not better. How come its now AOW yet? :|
-
Nice guide mate, someone should take all the good points of each barrow guide and collaborate them together into a great AOW guide.

Make Millions with a Few laws i do On F2P [Pics inside]
Kilo replied to Brettlee13's topic in General Guides
I think this guide is pretty decent for someone with a low level. Even if there are pkers you can easily escape in f2p, by logging out. Good tip not truely a guide though. -
Having fun in the game ,and not letting people who enjoy torturing others to annoy you.
