This is just a first case and it's only about programs. Users can still be sued and same with all torrent sites with illegal contest. And anyways I wouldn't take these internet related laws so seriously. Laws tend to change slower than the world and it'll probably take at least few more years to get some good and effective laws against internet piratism.

Wouldn't work. They'd just stock up hatchets and that's it. Getting 100 steel hatchets wouldn't take too long time and money, but would probably last longer than the character.

I've recorded 1007 iron dragon drops to my excel chart and so far 1 skirt no legs. I've had quite bad luck there, but still your drops are great :shock:

Just because they're bass player has been changed twice (and ok, Mustaine fired after first album) it doesn't mean they'd change a lot. 2 chances and one of them being because of the death of that dude isn't much when you look how long they've been around.

Doesn't really need patience :P I just work on farming approx 30mins per day: I just pick up my things, replant them and go away to do other things. Yea it takes time to get xp in this skill, but it's not that bad.

Don't really support this idea. That would slow down them for a week or 2, but definately not stop them and even less made them rest in peace. We've seen their power and ideas like this are underestimating it. Few pixel chances here or there won't help a thing, first of all the current bots are probably sending and getting packets straight from the server. How else they could be as advanced as they are? A simple color clicker would never be able to do what the autos are doing now. Also if they can manage to surive from boxes with a moving 3d image, why wouldn't they from that? That amount of questions is also pretty much a waste. First of all Jagex would need to write 2k as there's german version too. 2nd, it would take only few days for a big community to get all the answers or at least so many, that even without playing with servers the odds to get a right answer is enough for using it. No, that isn't the final solution. No, that wouldn't help us. The only real way to stop this autoing is to make it not worth it. I'd personally support the idea which was mentioned at Tip.IT newest article: Jagex selling rs gold for reasonable price. This would have a good affect on gp autoers and ruin their point. Most of the autoed gold is sold for rl money anyways. Another way is to add small autoban packets to rs: during every update they should change the code just a bit: edit some packets which the server sends and can be accepted by an older client version. If the client accepts them, automaticly a ban. In other words current rs client would allow a packet called XYZ and it would work normally. After next update this would be accepted only by an outdated client. Normal players wouldn't notice anything and it wouldn't affect to their gameplay at all, but autoers should find out the false packet every week and update their bots to that. I believe Jagex already has a system like this, but it should be made into more randomised and put more efford into it. It would help a lot more than adding ditches to wilderness or giving us a new random event.

Abyssal demons. With guthans or prayer potions you can use them for training ranged and magic, they are pretty good melee xp and they got good drops.

I wouldn't personally feel myself safe if I lived in a country that has so pro gun culture as you are telling me that America has. This schoolboy for example was mentally sick and still he could legally buy a gun. Rest is history and so are over 30 people. Your point of criminals having an advantage over unarmed citizens is good if you allow shooting in the name of defencing your property. Personally I'd rather see my tv go than kill a man. And anyways with a proper permission system the criminal would sit a lot longer in jail plus he now has a better reason to actually use the gun; it's pretty likely he'd get shot if he doesn't shoot first. Thanks to these wild wild west laws you got. I could stop laughing at the dude who said stabbings would increase. Yes, they probably would and homicides&murders would decrease. First of all I'd like to see a mentally sick schoolboy who can kill over 30 people with a knife. I'd also rather chose a criminal with a knife at the street than a criminal with a gun. Cutting or stabbing wounds are a lot easier to cure than bullet holes, you can't kill from a long distance and the shock effect is totally different; with a knife someone most likely would dodge the criminal after first hit.

Yea it sure takes :P Took me 16 days to get from 93 to 94 and that was 748,985 which means I did a bit under 50k xp a day. Might sound a small amount, but with reasonable (not low lvl but not torstols either) herbs that was pretty ok.

The point is that I don't currently have loose 20m in my pocket :P Don't feel like selling rares. In a week or 2 I'm going for money farming, meaning I'll start growing ranarrs and snapdragons in all 5 patches instead of just the troll patch. My aim is to get enough cash to do some fast farming in future (=magic and palm seeds) and to buy the bones needed for that 99 pray. Currently got 94 pray banked so getting closer ;) Of course the sweetest thing would be to get both 99 pray and farm at the same event... :P

In no other skill you can get so much xp by playing so short periods. In 20mins/day you can get over 250k xp. It's slow if you think it the same way as other skills. For my 8m (ok 40k short) farming xp I've spend less time on working that skill for example I've done with my 2m rc xp.

F2p was the bigger problem if we look at the amount of tried lures and succesful lures. P2p has the big loots, but that's it. The addition to rules reduced p2p lures even more as those lvl 70s didn't want to risk their 5$/month for a set of runite.
