Its all so SHINY
They shouldn't. Get a new monitor if it's hurting your eyes. Either that or it's psychological.

Its all so SHINY
Looks like theming legally without owning IPB is possible after all. This dark theme really sucks, I plan to do better.

The MBTI Personality Test
This sort of communication requires no sort of physical contact, communication of real identity or the more subtle rules of physical human socializing. So it's quite the opposite in my opinion.

The MBTI Personality Test
Introverted (I) 75% Extroverted (E) 25% Intuitive (N) 62.86% Sensing (S) 37.14% Thinking (T) 59.38% Feeling (F) 40.63% Perceiving (P) 52.94% Judging (J) 47.06% Third INTP on this thread. It would be interesting to average out the personality types posted on this thread. Somehow I think it would start with I.

Hmm. Looks like the license doesn't allow us skinners to do anything unless we own a copy of IPB. Which costs 249.99$. Which I don't have.

Its all so SHINY
If I get time and some way to do it I plan to try to redo TIFBlack for IPB. Just need an installation.

Ugh, this dark skin really doesn't do it. They tried to make it look glossy and failed. Badly.

Terragen 2 is complicated.
Works great through WINE. I can't really be bothered to do anything with it though.

Linux Live-CD question
Since the flash plugin is a proprietary plugin, distros like Ubuntu can't legally distribute it with their distro. Technically, it's possible, but it's unlikely that it would work anywhere near as smoothly as on a real install, as Makoto said.

Eye Contact
Ever since I moved to a country where eye contact is minimal, I don't know when to make eye contact nearly at all, especially when I'm back in America.

Wine for OSX Leopard
Apple Darwin is the open source part of Mac OS X, it is a fully fledged OS if you can get it to work (I've tried but I have an AMD processor that it doesn't work on). Looking on DarwinPorts however, I see that there's WINE for Darwin-based OSes here: http://wine.darwinports.com/ To install DarwinPorts, there's a guide under the heading "How to install Darwinports" here. (The front page) Good luck, I've never used this at all. :P

Runescape Elite
When I saw the topic title I sighed and decided to look anyway, but the art made it worth it. Usually RuneScape art around here is junk, but this works. I'm no digipainter, I can't really give it C/C. Send it in to the RS player gallery though. Seriously, that is nearly guaranteed a place.

Real life help & advice
 Since when do cars have tone and attack? Or a solid silver head joint. Yeah, flutes. I don't have any "local" music store, but yes, I tried both yesterday and they're both very nice... Going to go back today as there's someone that can value my old flute.

Real life help & advice
A Yamaha YFL-371 or an Azumi 2000 RE? They both have the same features: Solid silver head joint, silver-plated nickel body, offset G, E-mechanism, open-holed keys, C foot, just the Azumi has a handmade head joint. I kind of like the feel of the Azumi more, but I haven't tried the Yamaha without the key hole covers. I kind of like the tone and attack of the Azumi, I kind of like the richness of the Yamaha's lower register. Now, for the real question: Who knows what on earth I'm talking about WITHOUT USING GOOGLE GET BACK HERE.

HTML Help (please)
Frames are entirely outdated. I recommend you use divs instead, but don't go overboard.

Change of Forum Software - UPDATED!
That argument got old a while ago. As Looce said, why are there so many sites that use it then? Debatable. For most users, there will be relatively little difference between both, just where profile options and sig options are and stuff like that. For administrators, phpBB and Invision both have features that the other doesn't, such as Invision's new separation of admin privileges (some can be restricted to the themes interface, some can get full admin privileges, etc.) But both are as easy to install, as easy to administrate, as easy to add MODs to... That's all that counts. Are you sure that their separation of admin privileges is new? Because phpBB has had that for two years now.

Issues with DeivantART
Do you have the noScript addon? Disable it and restart FF. If not, make sure JavaScript is enabled for dA. (I believe it's in Tools->Options->Content on the Windows version of FF)
