No. You see, the thing about phpBB permissions is that any person can have any single permission. That means that a normal user could, if the Administrators so pleased, have access to create forums but no other higher permissions, or have all of them, or only be an Administrator but not a moderator, or any other insane combination of permissions. A user must not be an SMOD to be a group leader, all they need is the correct "permission mask".

Moderators with the required permissions could "Mute" users without actually banning them by adding them to a group. This way if they found a spambot they could "mute" it and report the spambot to an admin, who would ban it, instead of desperately searching for an admin/supermod while one spam post is posted per minute. I have mute in quotes because it's not actually muting it. It just makes so that their posts require moderator approval before they can be publicly viewable.

No, only the moderators. And actually, you wouldn't even need to do that, I found that setting the group's (In this case, the moderator group) "Can post without moderator approval" setting to "Never" (As opposed to "no") does the trick, no need to get personal. :P

Made a login screen kinda thing yesterday out of boredom. C/C? Live demo, so far it's FF only but in a few minutes from posting I'll have made the changes made for Google Chrome/Apple Safari (Same thing pretty much :P). Also because of crew duties it has been pretty difficult to get on the Gallery much, maybe you noticed before I got purple name. And maybe not. :P

I usually don't wear a helmet unless it's necessary. I bike to school every day on a rather dangerous route, so this may not be such a good idea. My helmet is a piece of junk anyway.

Let's see... It changes every 6 weeks, this period it's: Monday: 9:00-14:55 Tuesday: 8:00-14:55 Wednesdays: 8:00-14:55 Thursdays: 9:00-14:55 (Although this Thursday I'm off! :D ) Fridays: 8:00-14:55 It used to be more varying, but for the last 4 periods we've ended at 14:55 every day.

I can see it happening, the biggest problem would be getting the data together IMO, but that's not so much of a problem. :)

It's funny, I read the book for the first time just like a month ago. I have to say, though, the trailer looks like everything I've imagined the book to be. Except for Tom Hank's version of Robert Langdon. Seriously, what were they thinking? He looks nothing like I imagined Langdon to look like.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is to cURL them and use simpleXML, but I seem to remember that the URLs change or something, making that difficult... Also there is no light version of the GE.

However you can't upload or use a signature that is more than the limit file size can you? Yes, you can actually. There is no mechanism for checking them built in, other than the image dimension check (Which does not take multiple images into account)

The only place where there is a place to turn it on or off is the administration control panel. Moving it to the UCP would require a MOD, don't know how likely that is.
