Or just change to human form, talk to the monkey selling runes, then hide behind the stall. The guards will come and that ghost guy will kill them if they can't reach you. Works great if doing it with 1 pray :P Otherwise just range/hally one of the monkeys with range protect.

Maybe try a combo of veracs + guthans super potted...see how that works.

The problem isn't just low lvls, it's the guys that kill the monsters and not the portals.

Sure, att makes somewhat of a difference, but it will never be anything as substantial as 26 26 instead of 30 0. Imo, would you rather hit 12 0 0 14 or 1 2 4 2? STR > att, as long as your att isn't like 50 or something.

I would expect some of these capes to have better stats than the lava cape, since it takes a lot longer to get 99 in a skill then 2 hours at fight caves. The bonuses will most likely be something like burning less, mining ores faster, maybe smithing some new armours/weapons even (probably not). Who knows :P

F2P can get 99 in a skill too, so I don't see why it would be P2P only :|

99 strength...although I'm 88 atm on my rune pure, I'll probably have 99 before 2007 (my lvl 106 main is only 84 str lols) :3>

I once got a little over 100k when some guy died at jail guards (a few years back)

3k+ on my main (106 combat), and about 1k on my rune pure (69 combat at the time), so it's all about luck :lol:

Probably staking (and soon PKing) on my rune pure. It's something my main was never really good at, but I can make lots and lots of GP. I'm looking to buy a red phat with my stake wins, once I get my desired stats :wink:

Start a pure, mains are boring 8-)

Do NOT train melee on fire giants with such low def (and without guthans), unless you're using a d hally or have a lot of food to burn, or feel like spending most of your time walking to bank and back. Stick to ice giants and use a rune chain (higher crush def + looks better)

Leave all my stuff the way it is. I always manage to return. The first time I quit and gave all my stuff to a friend (probably 3-4 years ago), I had to start all over :?
