I bet there are more out there. And who knows what other monsters and rewards could be found in those areas? The Wraith is already a wonderful reward for the castle. I was thinking that maybe the Ring of Visibility may help located that stuff, but I doubt it. Well I did walk around at quite a few spots: been around -and tested every square- from the demonic ruins, hillgiant/ghost place, lava maze center and around the statue with black unicorns.. none found there.. Also it seems reasonable that there are only 2: since there are also only 2 "visible" ones.. Reasonable, but not proof. Keep looking!

Seriously, I've always loled at WoW commercials, the fact that rs is this big and only advertised on a bit of the internet is very impressive. Yes, this is where Jagex have excelled. They have managed to create a fully functioning, very popular, legitimate MMORPG only through word of mouth. Of course, recently they've gone on to more expensive yet effective measures such as TV ads now, but they've come so far even without it. Kudos to Jagex.

w99, allegedly, is for running law runes. It would seem sensible for JaGEx to either add a theme to worlds that have none or make new ones, instead of converting a world that serves a completely different purpose.

If what rs_shark_fan_died says is true, this could have been averted if the gun laws weren't so lax, and that's unacceptable. It's always sad when innocent people lose their lives in this way.

Two years ago, I would say yes. But now, I'd say no. I don't do it myself, in fact nowadays I only infrequently use Internet shorthand on the Internet. I don't mind it though, it's just another expression of who you are.

Here's a suggestion, you can't have more than three messages in your inbox from the same player, and cannot have more than twenty messages at any one time. Other than that, the rules, restrictions, controls and freedoms are the same as all other chat options. You can't receive messages from players on your ignore list, you can select whether you get messages from only people in your friends list, everyone, or no-one! This update does not need to be complex.

Well-designed competition is good. Stupidly-designed competition is bad. Why make a monster that is easy to kill and has good drops, but then restrict how often it can be killed by limiting it to one per world? Why create a situation that puts players at each other's throats unnecessarily? It's simply bad design, period. It's either that, or holy elixers flood the market. Don't blame Jagex, blame the players that are at each other's throats.

Actually, Jagex's own formula is wrong. Nice try. I was still level 135 at 79 summoning. Odd prayer and summoning levels don't count. EDIT: AllBogs, why do you have "Obsidian Synergy" as a comment in the max hit formula? I've never seen that listed anywhere but RuneHQ, and who knows where they got it, along with Keris' "Scabaras Slayer". :roll: Apparently some skills, after applying the fractions, are always rounded down.

Agreed. There doesn't need to be things like alternate timelines or dueling, just sensible safe areas, and a generous yet balanced drop system.
