So if they are posting , its most likely only an attempt to rattle your cages :lol: and its been 6 or so pages , so I'll drop another hint. Theres a 100% chance the editors name consists entirely of letters from the alphabet :-w

The rule has been removed from the Website and Silverions official ruling is that he wants people to feel that they are welcome to use our IRC server for as long as they please , even if they arent actively chatting.

As Lightning and Silverion are both unavailable for comment , I'm going to issue an official , but temporary ruling on this until I am able to contact Silverion directly and get his personal response. As stated in many posts above , between work , school, and sleep , its quite easy to remain idle for a 12 hour period. As many users do rely on IRC to get messages from friends and track highlights, the rule will be adjusted to 36+ hours. Honestly , if you are going to be away from your computer for more then 36 hours, you are wasting electricity and the money it costs to pay for it, shut your computer off :P All regularly opped users(staff), as well as IRC Operators are exempt from this rule as many of them run scripts or log the chat for certain reasons. Of course , as pokemama stated , it would be preferable if you gave some indication that you were away , by either changing your nick, or as Cameron suggested, running an away script. We dont wish to expel users from the chat for silly reasons but Ops may use their best judgement at any time and we allow them the freedom to do so.

This is actually the plan for the future , but we have to iron out a few other issues before we allow users to start flooding that forum with silly replies :)

The zip file contains a true type font (runescape.ttf) and a text file , its perfectly safe , although dragging it into your fonts folder isnt totally effective , you must go to the fonts folder and select "install new Font" from the file menu. (details are in the text file) and seeing that the authors readme file specifically asks to not link directly to his file , I have altered the link above to his download page

Not very helpful since you have to pay for a subscription to view the solutions there. The problem is due to a bad proxy server used by Google Web Accelerator. Uninstall it , remove the proxy setting and it should browse normally.

No matter how many warnings we gave , we had thousands upon thousands of users leaving their email visible , and then pissing, whining and having the nerve to blame US for them getting scam emails. The option to display your email address was removed for all members and will not be restored.. ever.

The only problem I can see surrounding the google adsense is on Firefox(and Opera) , the black line just above the ad does not line up correctly all the way across the top of the banner. If thats the prolem you are talking about find this section in your page and change it to that will fix the black line in Firefox and Opera .... Hopefully thats what you were talking about because I see no other problems surrounding the adsense :)

The server was rebooted when I was at work and they failed to start the service which serves the images. Its been rebooted, case closed.

Well you seemed to have missed my point , I cant likely diagnose a problem that I am unable to duplicate.

Camerons reply is exactly the reason why raising the limits really isnt feasible. You are all thinking of yourselves when it comes to adding signatures, but what you dont take into account , that nobody comes here to see your signature. Yes adding larger images and more text would allow YOU to be more creative and personalize your account , but its other members that have to scroll through all your signatures to read the actual post content. Yes there is an option to disable viewing other members signatures, but why should someone have to disable all signatures just because some users want huge ones?

Due to other issues arising , I have extended the poll for an additional 2 days to get a bit more user feedback. Feel free to post any comments you have in the topic mentioned above. Albosky :)

Moved to help and advice , even though the question was already answered , the best way to tell an item you would keep would be to "value" it at a general store , BUT DONT ACCIDENTALLY SELL IT TO THE STORE !! lol

As long as each image is within the rules , we have no problem with a signature rotation script. Many people use them :)

The Admin team is considering the use of subforums to better organize the index page, reduce users having to scroll through forums they dont read regularly, etc etc. We are asking that you the users cast your vote on the matter. You must have an account registered to cast your vote. If you are unsure of what exactly Subforums are, think of it as nesting. Currently , the runescape category is listed on our index page , and all the forums such as General, General P2P, Help and Advice, Bllogscape, etc are listed below the category name. This new change would require you to click on "Runescape", to access the list of the above mentioned forums. Of course we understand that this may cause some users a bit of a hassle and an annoyance at first if it were to implemented, but we currently feel that the index page is quite long , and very difficult to navigate. Discussion on the subject can be done HERE , but please vote, this forum is here for YOU. :) As its currently Friday and the weekend and is our busiest time for users online.
