Although if you buy retail the install won't be tied to the motherboard of the computer you install it on, but for that and the little support you will require, I do not think the difference in price is worth it, that's why I'd still go with OEM.

The Best Buy one has lower resolution than what we see for that size of screens nowadays, but it's still a good resolution. I'm going to have to say that the tigerdirect one is far superior and still has a very decent price, much lower than what I paid for my Core 2 Duo laptop 2.5 years ago. And yes, I meant installed games, not browser games.

Was it in a wine glass? Because the plastic bottle-milk gallon ones ARE TERRIBLE. Cheap cider for the classless. Yeah, it was in a glass bottle like wine bottles. My brother's girlfiend that brought it when they came home, they live in Ontario and most of my family lives here in New Brunswick. The first and only time I drank apple cider though.

I have a 2.5 years old Asus laptop, and it still works like a new one and sometimes still suprises me how some parts are high quality parts even after that long. Even the battery is a high quality one, still lasts 3 hours to this day. Go for Asus and you won't regret it. You have to know that they both have Intel Accelerated graphics, so you won't be able to play games on the high settings.

That monitor advice is bad, when I play computer games, I always play them 1920x1080, I find the graphics to be better as it makes them HD. Plus I still get over 90 fps, with only a 9800GT as graphics card which isn't expensive at all compared to recent cards.

I'm going to say the same as Y_Guy, and I have to add that I prefer Pro, but the Home Premium version fits most users.

I just lost the game! About the cider, when I drank some non-alcoholic cider, I thought it tasted similar to apple juice, is it just me?

Today I found a huge cave system, got real lots of coal and iron, and a few buckets of Lava, but I have yet to find diamond :S. I got lost in there for a few hours and dug up to the surface in the end, and I saw that I went very far in that cave system, good thing I made a tower to mark where my main stuff is.

Get those long Ethernet cables, nothing is better than that.

Meh, the game makes my computer lock up after about an hour of gameplay, guess I have some stress testing to do on my computer now.

Level 46 on prestige 5 here. I'm still having a lot of fun playing this game, and I think I'm in the lucky ones as I don't get games full of campers nor do I get games with hackers. Even on ffa I don't get many boosters, but when I do, it's a lot of fun following them to each lobby and stopping them from getting the nuke, I love it when I annoy boosters.

In fact, when I visited one of their plants when I was taking a course from college that I later dropped out from, I've seen it from the potato to the cooked fry. The only thing the do that changes the potato, after cutting it in fries, they change the potato starch to one that's better for the health, meaning it's less fat, but that also makes the artificial taste in those fries. It was a McCain plant making fries especially for McDonald's somewhere in the states, although the plant is in Canada. But completely logically speaking, if you use smaller cuts, then you've got much more surface area per unit volume of potato, or maybe just per potato. You can therefore get more fat, seasoning, and salt on (not in!) less actual potato without it falling off. It's just cheaper and unhealthier. EDIT: Also, I'm still trying to work out the logic of putting something that's partially liquid in a plain cardboard box container. Won't it leak out of the sides or soak into the cardboard? And why is there more 'ice cream' going into that box than it looks like it could ever possibly hold? There's so many things that are wrong with that picture. I agree with you for the fries though. Putting on and not in :P. As for putting that processed meat like that in the box, it will all fit in the box after it rests and that the box is closed after a few hours. And yes, there's going to be blood leaking from those boxes, and I know that, since I've worked in the meat dept of a few grocery stores and even having a plastic bag between the meat and the box doesn't stop the blood from leaking, w/e's in the box if it's unpackaged.

One hell of a good thing to take when you have a stomach ache though, stops you from producing acid pretty fast and cures your stomach ache very fast, which is better than to try to fight it with anti-acids. I extremely rarely get those, but the one time I had one this year, I took vinegar and the pain was gone in 5 minutes. You have to watch out not to touch the teeth with it though as vinegar is very bad on teeth.

IE9 uses the gpu power, which isn't implemented in Firefox 3. Just out of curiosity, how did you make IE9 work on your computer? Mine just crashes as soon as I fire it up.

With all the salt on the fries, almost normal that they don't rot.

I'm going to buy one and keep it in pretty high humidity, see what happens... not. If it's dry, then I can easily see it happen, as anything dry doesn't have much chance of decaying, but I'm sure in humidity it will decay, pretty fast but maybe not as fast as something that's not full of chemicals. Anyway, this topic is giving me a craving :P

We're kind of the same kind of person, I'm extremely quiet, but sometimes I just have anger outbursts and tend to break some things, I even broke a key on my laptop's keyboard once, but it was an easy repair and I didn't need to put it on warranty. That kind of outburst hasn't happened in the last 4 months though.

We already have an ID that follows us everywhere, it's called an IP adress. While we're talking about being police of the internet, I think google could be able to do something like that, seeing as they have these huge databases and knows what websites contain. I believe something like that would be too costly even for them though, seeing as the internet is a huge mass of websites and web based programs. It's already enough that they are starting to make deals with some companies to make some websites faster than others (I've seen that in the news recently), that's already ruining part of the net neutrality.
