If it is true I feel sorry for his family and friends, suicide is a terrible way to go and will devistate everyone you know for the restof their lives, I hope they are coping right now...

uhm it says right there that its illegal -.- and u say its not ? how is that :S what i say : its legal to droptrade BUT if u are trading to one of UR accounts thats not allowed, if caught you will get punished for it, and saying it is legal could be misleading to other users on these boards and can be seen as encouraging to break runescape rules.

I doubt its true, most people that are thinking of commiting suicide don't actually talk about it before it happens and saying who will confirm it is a bit dodgy... Anyway I will remain undecided until there is further proof.

I don't know of any other fansites that have a policy such as this, most allow real life pictures etc. Most of the users here aren't kids, they are fully aware of what they are doing and what implications it may have on their lives. Seriously how many news articles have you seen where someone has been abducted due to posting a picture of their room on an internet fansite? I can't recall any. Tip.it may have a large number of registered users, but they aren't all regular posters, just because its one of the largest fansites doesn't mean that its one of the best (no offense). Restricting users like this can bring nothing but harm, they will be forced to show their friends pictures by other means that aren't moderated, at least if they do it out in the open on the forums then a mod can remove pictures that might compromise the users safety. If someone did, in the extrenely likely circumstances, get stalked due to posting a picture on the site I can't see the site having any liability, they didn't force the user to post the picture, so it is their problem. You let us show our email addresses, and I know my email address has my full name and my location, are you going to stop this as well?

Well both my grandad and my cousin got diagnosed with different terminal forms of cancer within a week of each other last year so that was pretty bad....we've come to terms with it now though Things that personally happened to me....probably when I slipped cutting wood and implanted an axe head into my kneecap, its dramatically altered my life, I can't do a lot of the stuff I used to :(
