Stock heatsinks like that generally don't cool that well. If you plan to do high end gaming or overclocking on your pc I would look at buying a higher quality one, for example a Zalman heatsink/fan combo.

You really don't need 4 gbs of ram :P 2gb is mroe than enough for most users needs. Anyway for the thermal paste I normally upt a tiny bit of it onto the cpu and then put the heatsink on top, making sure it presses down quite hard, this seems to give me good temperatures, my cpu idles at at 28-33*C currently, its normally only 1 or 2 degrees higher than my case temperatures. what sort of heatsink did you buy?

hard drives rarely get hot enough to need a fan, you could just chuck it and not really notice much of a difference in performance. If you really want to keep it then you can reduce noise on fans using fan controllers to slow them down, rubber screws to hold them in and oiling their workings, or you could fork out for some nice quiet fans :) what are your system temps?

Lets just hope they make responsibe gaming an actual rule, not so much a time restriction but when they can see its seriously affecting someones life they should step in. Probably yes! You need it... otherwise your cpu will "explode" :lol: ~komodo unlikely, if the heatsink is attached then the cpu will gradually build up heat and then the motherboard will auto shut down once it reaches a certain temperature. I've heard of pc builders running cpus under heatsinks without thermal paste successfully. Are you sure the heatsink doesn't have a thermal pad on the bottom? Quite often they use that cheap option.

ya know they put that confidentiality part on the bottom for a reason, no point cropping it off and pretending it doesn't exist. I don't see the point of cabbage collecting personally, I prefer doing something useful, that makes money or gets me xp. I get personal replies from jagex all the time, its no big deal really.

Jagex don't ban on ip's, they have other ways of telling if an account is linked to you. They rarely perm ban you for your first offense unless it is something serious like password scamming or posting a url to a known hack/bot site, jagex work on giving players the benefit of the doubt, they do actually want people to be able to play the game, it makes buisness sense not to perm ban for the smallest thing...I mean they are losing out on money. So most of these "unfair" bans are probably a build up of offenses leading to the permanant ban being placed on your account.

it was censored by accident when they were censoring nob, it was never intentional.

theres no way of jagex finding out your age unless you tell them, most accounts were created beforethe select your age screen, so it really doesn't play a part in them picking you.

it was probably an accident, they overwrote a wood skin with a stone skin.

Jealous? I can make sigs perfectly fine :P I just prefer to play the game the way its supposed to be, earn my money through ingame skills. drawing is a skill too, even if it is not ingame. It takes hard work and practice to be as good as some of the people on here and this is their way of making money. Drawing is a real life skill, you need some skill to be able to afford to buy cash on ebay, either way shouldn't be a way for you to earn gp.
