You sometimes miss punctuation, Runescape is coded by humans, humans aren't perfect therefore Runescape isn't perfect.

Ok not willing to rag on you BUT.... You really need to take a step back from your picture and have a look at it, the shading needs a lot of work, the background is "ok" but the anatomy is completely wrong and the head looks like a giant melon. Try and get photoshop, it is a great program for maknig these cartoon sigs because it isn't so pixelly as paint.

I tried the beta version of Vista, it killed its own internet explorer within a day which meant I could not set firefox as the default, rendering the whole thing pretty much useless as any links i clicked on opened in IE and crashed. Vista also cheats at chess, if you start winning then it either crashes or calls it a draw. I say shoot it!

It is annoynamous in the fact that your name would be censored, however they would probably let him see the conversation as evidence. Jagex don't do 2 day bans though......its 1, 3, 7 or perm

try and get them to talk, for example ask them the lvl of one of their stats then report them under offensive language. If you feel the name might be borderline it might be worth following the report up with a query just to explain the report a little better.

Extremely unlikely for the forums to be hacked, if they are all people you know then there is probably something else linking them.

You guys are seriously thinkingthat one of your last dying wishes would be to play rs and give away your accounts when you die? Not only is this against Runescape rules but it is absolutely absurd. You should be spending your dying days doing something special in the world, not sat in front of a computer screen.

Runescape is supposedly for people aged 13 plus, these people are still under parental responsibilty and if jagex has labeled the game as 13+ they have to do their best to ensure the content of the game fits that age group of they could get in trouble by law. Censoring phone, email etc is to protect their customers, sexual predators are known to go to roleplaying games to find their victims, censoring these common forms of communication outside of game gives the children some protection.
