To keep them from going through your stuff, buy padlocks and deadbolts for your door(s). Don't tell them where you're going when they ask, unless it is something harmless. (Library , job interview, looking at apartments to rent, record store, ect.)

I've been playing a lot of arcanists lately, I'm probably going to quit RS as well. Getting too easy. I'm really enjoying the relatively deep strategy in arcanists.. Its a shame that it took so long for shattered plans to go f2p, though.. there were usually only five or so people playing before that.. I'm not sure what its like now.

Yeah, apart from skilling and getting rares, all you can really do in f2p is hang out with friends and have fun duels. If you're wanting more fun things to do, get mems and try out some of the minigames and quests.

Actually, I like it the way it is. At least some skills should be difficult and tedious to level. It is hard to mine and smith a lot, but at the highest levels, you get great rewards. I don't want mining to be dumbed down, having rocks that give half of an inv of ores with one click, the dragon pickaxe, more exp per ore, these things would just turn mining into another skill that can be pretty much mastered in a few weeks of work. Mining, of all things, shouldn't be easy.
