Catholic Church says Evolutionism is Compatible with Bible.
:wall: The amount of unsourced comments here scares me. You really think the Church gives a damn if a few kids think they're wrong? It's the big picture we're looking at. Catholicism can't blatantly deny science.

Peace Day
The more we promote days like these, the more the wannabe criminals of the world will purposely act like [wagons] because they think they're awesome for ruining the holiday spirit. :wall:

Some lawyer lady is being proclaimed by /b/ as an "honorary /b/tard" for beating Bill O'Reilly in a debate on tv. It was rather interesting to watch, its all over youtube. But honorary /b/tard? Can someone define that? Last time I checked, /b/tards were anything but lawyers who could defeat a news figure in a debate. She is way better than anyone on /b/ could have done. I love how /b/ is placing themselves above everyone more successful than them, crowning only the most worthy as a part of them.

Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
[hide=failed diplomat] [/hide] Hah. /b/ considers themselves the owners of the internet, and now a /b/tard comes thinking he's a diplomat. For once I actually agree with cadbury, worst trolling ever. Second, there is nothing you can do to change the statement. We never said we won, we said we managed to survive. And it's true. For 4 months we've fended off your failed attacks, pointless graffiti, and general stupidity. Unlike /b/, we have lives though. We can't patrol drawball 24/7 to protect our image. In addition, vandals always have the upper hand. Not only were we outnumbered, but it's far easier to scribble than to draw constructively. Eventually we realized our struggle was pointless. Let the /b/tards think they've claimed the internet by killing a logo after a 4 month struggle. It's actually rather dissappointing, you outmanned us for months and we still survived. Go tell your /b/ you've won, you couldn't possibly have made fools of yourselves more than taking on a small site and losing for 4 months.

Catholic Church says Evolutionism is Compatible with Bible.
Old news is old. Any practicing Catholic would know evolution can and has already been accepted as a part of creation. The only Christians who think otherwise are fundamentalists, and their beliefs basically deny everything science has taught. Creation was described in Genesis. If I'm not mistaken, the author is unknown, but it is known that he used a lot of symbolism. We shouldn't take the creation account as word for word. The 6 day work and 1 day rest work schedule God has in Genesis is based off Israeli work schedules. They too worked 6 days and rested the 7th. So no one said a Genesis "day" had to be 24 hours. The first day could have been 20 seconds, while the day when humans and animals were created could have been 65 million years, such that evolution could have easily taken place in that "day". And Saruman, you need to understand the Bible more before you start saying a 2000 year old church is false. Maybe you're a fundamentalist in which case sure, you think it's wrong. But you can't go saying Catholic church isn't Christian. No one said just because evolution is accepted that means creationism is wrong. I still believe in Creation. I'm glad that least now everyone can accept the Catholic Church isn't blinding it's followers from the science of evolution.

Minor Annoyances
People who change direction without warning in the middle of a busy hallway causing people to slam into eachother. It happens between EVERY ONE of my classes at school. I'm walking through a hallway behind some preppy girl who somehow carries all her books in a purse. All of a sudden she sees her friend walking the other way and passes her. She decides it's a brilliant idea to stop and turn around without warning with me behind her. Then I get blamed for not watching where I'm going. Also people who decide the middle of a busy hallway is the perfect place to stop and chat with friends. Also, people who walk incredibly slowly in the middle of a busy hallway. Pretty much anyone who does anything in a busy hallway other than walking.

Bubble wrapping kids and other fun stuff.
Playing catch with a goldfish. Very immature of me, I'm sure animal rights activists will be firing death threats, but it was fun. Also, miming things. Like mime coughing. Not as easy as it looks unless you want to look very stupid.

Shaman TCG (WIP) feedback please. UPDATE.1
Wha...? Where did the sudden OT trading card fad come from? First the funny picture thread, then a thread on your favorite TCG, now this... It's not that I'm annoyed, I'm just curious. Anyway, I doubt you'll get far unless you got the connections. If you happen to know some people from, say, UpperDeck or other major trading card companies, you can get the hook up you need to get a trading card game. Although you'll also need connections with publicity, finding good places to advertise and stuff. Local bulletin boards might get a handful of sales locally, but if you want anything remotely close to success you'll need some form of major advertising. Maybe a website. Maybe pay for a TIF ad.

Questionable Items in Your Possession
I'm the kind of guy who barely decorates his room, throws out everything of no use and never keeps anything as "souvenirs" (other than vacation trinkets collecting dust in my loset). I don't have many odd items in my possession. I recently found an old sex ed book from 5th grade :-# . I'm gonan check out my room now to see what I own. Oh and Lenin, when I read that you had swords above your bed, I immediatly had the mental image of the swords falling one night in your sleep and stabbing you :ohnoes:

Things that cause you to question
I learned in science class two years ago that when our eyes receive the image, it really appears upside down. But the brain is smart enough to reverse it. But what if a mental disorder causes the brain to not know how to flip it? I mean, there's a mental illness for every type of brain function. Surely there has to be one where everything you see is upside down? That would be a pretty horrible thing to have, having to see the entire world upside down.

Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
The logo is a goner. Let it doe for now, we can come back later. We've kept it for 4 months, it's not like we are hopeless failures. We're one of the few sites to survive in a battle with /b/ for so long, and considering our lack of manpower, it's quite impressive. If we want this logo to work, we need to get more helpers and simplify the logo. I don't know about the box thing, but I do think we should forget the Sword and HYT. Both are easy to vandalize but are a pointless waste of ink because no one notices them. Perhaps we can shrink the logo by just a tiny bit, maybe no more than a few inches off the sides. The smaller it is, the less ink it costs to maintain. We need it as small as possible while still clearly visible from 0% zoom. I just had my ip reset, so 5% ink for me -.-

Islam Ads on Buses
I couldn't care less what the bus ads say. I never listen to them anyway. Go ahead, fork out 5 grand. I'm not sure how many people you will convert, but you won't start an Islamic revolution with bus ads if that's what you're planning.

-new- Clan Wars. Much to debate & discuss.
Getting the bot to all the requirements for a barrelchest anchor is rather hard work for the average rwt'er seeking to profit from trading gold. It's just too much effort. There are probably some desperate losers who'll do it anyways, but not significant enough...

Do you like to catch bugs and animals?
I was the classic 8 year old: trying to catch fireflies on a cool summer's evening. Was pretty fun, although while I was catching them, my little brother was killing them. :( . Haven't caught anything recently, although my neighbors and I (armed with basketballs) went on a rampage trying to capture a rabbit that had been eating our plants and having babies that ate our plants. We never caught it, and got many cuts and bruises in the chase. But it was pure awesomeness nevertheless.

Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
You're right. the Xenu logo was on drawball for how long? Since the dawn of time? Jeez, it takes a lot to defeat xenu. And it wasn't just /b/, there are a lot of creative drawings where Xenu used to be, obviously a bunch of annoyed artist decided to unite all over xenu. Perhaps drawballfans.com had something to do with this :-k . Anyway, I think we're one of the few sites to have fought a /b/ attack and survived. Usually when /b/ sets its sights on something, it's history. Drawball's been crashed by /b/, xenu's been totally owned, ebaumsworld was crashed, scientology is taking heavy fire... then there's us, the logo drawers who refuse to die. :D

Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
Since you guys refuse to to give up, might as well stay in the battle : . I had 70% ink so I went on a fixing spree. Didn't get into too much detail because all the letters needed help, but I managed to fix the R, U, and P (someone had changed them into other letters) and filled them out a bit. Logo looks pretty decent from far, legible and somewhat clear. All we need is more people with high ink and we're good to go. As someone else said, DO NOT get careless with your ink. The brush sizes are NOT proportional. Use the first 3 only and try to use the bigger brushes very sparingly. Conserve every bit of ink, we can expect another /b/ onslaught very soon.

Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
It's /b/'s job to make sure we're miserable, even though we're far from it. Hey, the logo lasted 4 months, we got several new members from advertising on drawball, not to mention attention from a major imageboard. All this, and our logo was still half the size of xenu. It's pretty impressive. I agree with meol. We should wait, gather up recruits, then return when /b/ is calmed down. Let's face it, they know we're going to try to restore it within the next few days. So they'll still be patrolling. Then when few are left patrolling the logo, we'll have 20 people at once running in, recreating and fixing the logo. If we're going to redo this, we have to have more people helping. We can't keep going "fix in the morning, then let /b/ vandalize overnight, then refix in the morning...". Eventually we'll take a huge beating like we did and not have enough ink to fix it. We need loads of people, and perhaps we should wait a bit. It's not giving up, it's being wise with our ink.

I got offered a pretty amazing job, i'm lost though.
Talk it over with your girlfriend. Show her you're in a serious dilemma over staying with her or leaving for a good job, then returning with a load of money and perhaps then making a good life for the both of you. If she's the kind of understanding woman every guy dreams of having, she'll have no problem realizing that your future is more important than your relationship, and that there will always be time for love when you come back with enough money to buy a nice apartment or save up for a house and treat her to a sort of lap of luxury when you return.

N - the hardest, most addictive Flash game you'll ever play.
I fail at games in general, and the fact the controls are so "slippery" doesn't help me much. i cannot get used to games where the character's movements aren't proportional to the button press or are slightly slippery, it's hard to control unless you've played for a while.

My past 6 months. *lots of pics, not for 56k*
You're lucky, I've always wanted to tour the world. You shoulda stopped by Chicago. Although it probably doesn't have much to see since you went to New York and Kuala Lumpur, it's still an awesome place to be.

9/11 7 years later
While I do think that it would be a little better if jack just posted all the url's together rather than hotlinking the videos directly in 5 different posts, I still have to agree with penguingeek. Not everyone decided to declare war. Stop attacking jack as if he's the cause of everything by not constructing something Ginger considers a worthy argument. If you think his videos are stupid, tell em to stop hotlinking, there's no need to tell him his argument is invalid when he's not arguing. I don't see why people internationally need to care what we honor and why. If we want to turn 9/11 into a national holiday, there shouldn't be a problem with that. It's not as if we're going door to door in Europe asking for support each anniversary (and if it is happening by some obscure Euro-American relation group, feel free to kick em off your property). Sure, I respect all your views on the fact that we should move on. I have to agree, it's the media's fault we have a big event every time it comes around. But as warri0r said, we HAVE moved on and just because the event comes around once a year and we stop to remember it doesn't mesn we've dwelled on it for the other 364 days of each of the years since the fateful day. I don't think we need 24 hour media coverage, but turning it into a national day of rememberence and just remembering what happened the day shouldn't be under international scrutiny every time it coems around.

RuneScape: Boom de Yada - FINISHED and Updated! (Page 6+)
Who's the one with the reaaaaaaaly low voice? Cyco? The fact that it goes from Shadia/Forsaken's beautifully high voice then suddenly to a low disturbing voice is pretty weird yet awesome. Nice work guys :

4Chan
It's amazing, really, how you can consider a series of brutal murders as a "high score". It's rather disturbing that these kinds of killers consider each death to be sort of like a videogame point and the goal is to make a new hiscore. You see some suicide letters and videos, the killers almost always refer to past shootings. I really wish 4chan wasn't anonymous. I'm sure a lot of the losers on /b/ would really change their views on deaths and murders if people could recognize their names.
