I reckon the storyline will actually be better than the far fetched terrorist one of COD4. Far fetched.And Treyarch have said that teh reason for no specific numbering is that this may become the side franchise to infinity wards modern warfare games, the 2 year development cycle on each mean sthey can pump one call of duty game out a year. I do think Blizzard are trying to keep all their playerbase from moving to the newer more competitive mmorpgs that are on its way such as Warhammer Online, Age of Conan, and whatnot :P First they change the xp from 20-60, now cheap mounts... Fair enough it's going to attract a more casual audience but at the end of the day the high end hardcore raiders or hardcore pvpers are just going to move onto a different game once they realise that theres not much point anymore as everyone will be at the same sort of level... Raiders wont leave wow for warhammer/AOC for raiding, they would need to come out with as many raid encounters from the outset to keep up with blizzard and then in WOTLK they'll pull ahead.Pvpers is another matter but i think people are just finding a reason to validate there decision to leave wow for another MMO, even if the chnage doenst affect them.

The dragon picaxe is the most important dragon item just in frontof a dragon warhammer.I think I_Had_A_deal(cant remember name exactly sorry) mentioned that tin you can mine in a hit and iron in 2 and a dragon pick would allow iron to be done in a hit and tin in half which increases the viability of powerleveling on iron and maybe even mithril. The dragon warhammer is important because it would eb a tremendous upgrade over the dragon mace and the lack of crush weapons is apparent.The dragon plate can wait...bring us a dragon pick and warhammer.

Ill be wiating for COD6, ill still play COD5 but infinity ward have always made the big advancements in terms of gameplay and suspense, the idea of it being more of a war horror with a guy having his eye burned by a cigarette is to OTT for me

Started playing again and the game is still as awesome if not even more fun because people play better now. So my setup currently for headquarters, i basically play behind the enemy since i can memorise opposition spawn points i can flank them and pick them off. MP5:red dot site:Red tiger camouflage Desert eagle (now trying to remember these in order :wall:) Bomb squad Stopping power Last stand(get way more kills with last stand than martyrdom because they anticipate martyrdom but not all anticipate last stand, the good players thoughdo a trail shot and shoot you down to the ground just to end the last stand sequence) That was my last setup for shipment becuase C4 is crazy in that place aswell as grenades.On the bigger ones like vacant i use mobility for all the traversing and climbing because i am a player who is all about pace and keeping moving.I can appreciate people who play down the ironside and lock down an area of the map returning grenades and decimating players, but im not use to teh slow rate of fire so ill never be that good. Oh and im not going to reset and get the star because im not gong to lose my red robocop tiger camouflage for a little prestige star.

I think where arguing over symantics, we all know that blizzard is catering to casuals but it doenst necessarily make the game easier, most of the player base peaters out at around level 20 when youre getting out of the newbie zones but this change helps everyone even the hardest core leveling up alts in a few days played because there raid team needs a resto shaman to spam chain heal on bruttalus :-# oh the preparations for WOTLK, exhorbanant amount of upgrades designed to suck away youre gold, all i can say is dont buy any of it because you will simply get cheap upgrades in the new expansion and blizzard doenst want everyone going in with a few 1000 gold in there pockets.

Finally dinged 58 on my uber gnome warrior. [hide=][/hide] Got all my BG tokens aswell and with horde owning alliance at WSG and AB in cyclone(eu's BG9) it took a long time especially because i never won a game of wsg -.-

I went to the tipit event team's halloween mega 6 hour extravaganza and i was compelled to tell them how well and how much fun it was and after browsing and posting on other boards, i got sucked in.

oh god it could be the worst update ever for the community cliques, especially those on the RSOF because now RS has graphical credentials all where going to here is, "OMG RS PWNZ0RZ ORL MMO, GRAPHICS R0X" with rs "fanbois" baiting other mmo fanbois and hyping runescape up.Its something i thought was really unique about runescapes general community and differant because players acknowledged that the graphics were very low in detail but the gameplay is addictive.Now where just going to get a bunch of spam threads about how good runescapes graphics are :wall: and i say that because i can already see it from posters in this thread :thumbdown:

looking at the ui its the same freaking ui as WoW... pretty low specs which means i can atleast try it out. EDIT:Despite an uncanny resemblance to blizzards default ui i think its astonishing the level of detail done in java, the crypt image is untampered is pretty impresive :o

its not uncommon to have to wait ages. did anybody watch the MLG arena tourney? Those last couple of matches were incredibly tight. And I really was rooting for nihilum since 2 of their 3 players came from my server originally. I watched it not expecting much and i was pleasently surprised.It reassured my faith that drain teams can work really well(being that i played in one on my priest) and that arena can get seriousley complex, and i want to get my gnome warrior to 70 asap to try some things out.

My awesome gnome warrior dinged 54 today while also clearing out ungoro completely.I have felwood, WPL, EPL, winterspring and silithus left relatively untouched so hopefully those last 4 zones can get me the last 4 levels but i wont be suprised if i have to run a bunch of instances to get over the last hump like i did last time.Less than a week till i can breeze to 70 through outlands =P~ Also i want the pvp ellek but i only have a token or 2 from the 3 bg's i need and because cyclone is absolutely insane and is europes BG9 so WSG is just pure druid/rogue twinks and i get ROFLSTOMPED as a 54 warrior.

Not spending the 60 million gp i got from hunter on things like fletching mats and runecrafting essence, i could have made more than that being sensible but instead i spent it all on my favourite skill(construction ) and splashing out on gifts for my freinds.

How do you wipe on ZA trash? Also, 3 resto druids? The trolls gonged, one of our helears was in kitty form and left our raid dead and on the second run our tank couldnt hold aggro.I dont mind because it was after kara and just to get a feel over what its like :P And we have 3 resto druids because: Our guild leader is an exceptional druid We pugged a healer once who was also a resto druid and because he got the healing mace off malchezar and was pretty good we snapped him up I stopped healing and specced shadow when our old shadowpriest moved servers so i switched shadow Our guild is a lot more pvp centric (lots of areana teams) than other guilds on the server so we attract a lot of druid attention

Our kara runs consist of 5 t5/4 druids, our druid tank and boomkin could always spec resto and GTFO :P in case you wnat to know our raid setup for doing kara(only been in this setup for ZA twice and wiped on trash) Prot pally(awesome main tank) Feral drood Destro Warlock Combat Rogue BOOMkin Resto druid Resto druid Resto druid Shadow Priest(me) Arcane Mage We get criticised for it especially teh arcane mage and boomkin but theyre brilliant for farming where everyone knows the score and whats happening.

review is pretty great nadril.The achilles heal for this mmo is the current lack of end game content which i think shows naievety from funcom not to just have more from the outset.If they took the same approach as blizzard that level cap is where the true game begins i think AOC would become something special which i'd upgrade a pc to play, at the moment its not their and by the time its released its stepping into WOTLK territority. I think the storys on tyranny on the pvp antics is awesomely funny like capped characters becoming gatekeepers making people give them there loincloths to cross a bridge then they just kill them anyway.Oh and ive heard that the priest(of mitra?)class is ridonculously over powered?

You get raped if you can't tank/heal in instances from level 30-50. If you spec prot you learn how to use that class well for when you get 70 and you know how to tank and you can't say to your friends as you enter the HC 'Oh yer I only just spec prot so I suck [wagon]'. Yes the levelling is slightly slower but on a first account, you won't get 70 in a shorter time than 10 days unless you use a guide or QuestHelper. In my eyes you might as well learn how to play a class and it's spec, get geared early, become pro. Bucket of win. Oh yeah and I'm currently levelling a prot warrior and a holy priest. ^^ good luck with that you would soon realise that leveling to outland where itemization changes, spells and talents change is where you really wnat to be learning prot tanking/helaing.I have a 70 priest and now a 49 warrior and its far more beneficial to level upto 58 and then learn the nuances of tanking as a prot warrior.I did spec protection and tank zul farrack all the way through and i picked it up very quickly such as the devastate mechanics so playing prot 30-50 isnt necessary do it once if you wnat but dont spite youreself with leveling as prot. My oppinion off the best warrior leveling spec is pretty easy, arms.At lvl 30 you get the oppurtunity to take part in a quest chain which leads to the acquiring of a whirlwind axe.This act is incredibly and can last you into the mid fifties...and you can get it in youre 30-40's.Once you do finish the grinding of charms to summon cyclonian respec arms and go into axe specialization.With all the buffs to critical strikes you get i usually get a crit with every mob i fight and it knocks away half of their health.This is better than fury which is what people think is the best spec for leveling.Not only that but if youre going fury youre going into dual wield so you're spending a lot more gold over time than an arms warrior with a big two hander. Also playing prot doesnt help encourage skill from a warrior, situational disasters help you more in learning you're class.For example did i pull 5 mobs when i should have pulled 3 and how should i tackle surviving this?Do i have my cooldown on my retailiation(you do with arms, best massacre spell ever) and should i go into a rage first, pop bloodrage and then do retaliation...

I think i lost 300 or so posts?not entirely certain Other than that what i lost is menial compared to work from tipit staff that could possibly be lost.2 and a half months is a long time for web development/maintenance and tip.it is always developing and updating so a lot of stuff would have been threatened by a rollback.
