You can also swap between payment methods, as long as you keep members paid in some way, and keep the low rates. If I have prepaid time that's going to expire, I will cancel my bank card subscription and buy a PIN for a month against my phone balance, then swap back to bank card and still have the low rate. =D>

I've had a discussion with Jagex mods on this subject in the past. From the US, a bank-issued debit card usually works, while a store-bought debit card usually doesn't. It has something to do with it being an international transaction. That Ultimate Game Card can be bought from amazon also but the s/h is $5 :evil:

I don't understand this viewpoint that every new city has to be as useful as Falador or Varrock or else it's a failure. The same people who harp about empty cities and quest areas will all still congregate in the GE burning logs, trying to "barrow SGSs" and just generally loitering. You don't like empty areas? Go loiter in one. Take your friends. Start a trend.

Ron Moore's cameo was funny though Oh well. I was happy with how Boltar was redeemed. Baltar's been trying to plant his seed everywhere since the mini-series; it's only fitting he ended up a farmer. :lol: I did like the Roslin/Adama ending but I had problems with a lot of the rest. On some forums, that makes me a "hater." :roll:

I'm not a big quest person, but I don't understand all the hatin'. And I thought the cut scene where the statues parted and revealed the portal was particularly nice. Yeah, it was a little too much "run here, fetch that" at the end, but that can't be avoided sometimes.
