I have to say I dont think it matters if you have over 61 attack or not. Sure it looks worse than 60, but who cares?

hmm did you compare the blade to other weapons that we have now ( whip and etc?) we don't want it overpowered or anything.everything seems pretty balanced. (like most of your suggestions). also the amulet of dragons. you say it increases drops of dragon armor. Is this in addition to the Ring of wealth? ( considering most dragon drops count as 'rare?'

look look look. The rewards are uber overpowered. The necklace of immortality, can you say never die please? ring of death, even if you did die with immortality necklace on, doesn't mean anything! Amulet of gods "wee I can 96 with an armadyl godsword spec! super duper KO!" Plus, from the context, im guessing you want this for F2p. This would NEVER happen for F2p. Heck, This would never happen to P2P! If you take out the super-powered items, everything seems fine. Im sorry to be so flame-y, but this would ruin RS.

why not just throw the wines in the bank and leave em to ferment while you do next load?

ok the reason that guy in the pictures topic was because he saved up the juice and traded them all in at once. he didn't get thieving exp for about 3 days. then he got 810k exp in an hour.

which gives me a new idea that is mostly copied off of Oblivion. Have a spell that creates armor for 10 minutes/20 minutes etc at varying levels. No negative attack bonus either ;)
