people classify 70 as high because you can do lots of things in that skill at that level. Doesn't matter about the exp. oh and depends on the skill too. 70 smithing? OMGmakemeaddymedhelmpls. 70 attack? lol? 70 herblore? OMG! 70 farming? OMFGtellmesecretspls! Besides, its hard to get to that level from the lower levels and when you're not used to grinding (think when you first got 70 attack, and having to do it with a rune scimitar)

pretty sure its an invisible boost, aka makes you mine faster, not harder.

if you have the iron bars already, use em. for regular powerleveling, bronze are cheapest, therefore best. (helps that with 700k you can buy 50k knives)

i just used a sara stole and tanked em first 5 minutes. Ain't hard unless you eyrie.

sgs is imo useful for emergency food when all you have is sgs and spec power. Other than that, its not that great even if you do hit 50+ and the prayer boost is negligible ( that you regain from spec)

dunno about your second question, but I know theres a guide floating around the AOW somewhere. A tip I know of is to stock the beacons ahead of time, then you dont have to run back one by one.

Actually I think the banner is from that one Mahjarrat that is controlling Arrav in Defender of Varrock. I hope that the new Grandmaster Quest will be actually good, not the 1 hour quests like what they pump out every month to keep us satisfied.

Tbh I'm Alaskan, and hardly anyone [in alaska] wants Palin back, seeing as she went back on things she said in her campaign for Gov. (ie she said she was non-partisan, notice anything different now?). Obama was my choice simply because I agreed with him on most issues. Tbh, I believe that God (omnipotent something) made us/started off evolution, saw it was going towards the crapper, grabbed some popcorn and started watching.
