I see others typing different characters. I cannot figure out how to do it in runescape chat, for example upside-down question mark ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâÿ

I use other sites for street prices including official forums. I use other skill planners and calculators because they are more detailed and easier to use. I can plan how many steel plates and gold bars. For example the instructions for the planners donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t tell what the numbers mean, I had to calculate it my self to verify what they represent. Bits & Bytes has much better calculators.
