I would say this: Full black dhide (if you are under 70 ranged, I dont suggest Ranging them) Archer Helmet Any Boots Could sub RFD Gloves for vambs if you wanted Rune Cbow (Anti)Dragonfire Shield Bolt choice is interesting. I would suggest Mith at the least, Emerald (e) being the best. If you have any addy or Diamond (e), those would be great as well. Inventory is also dependant on level. I would take a few Antifire Potions (5-10), Alchemy Runes, and a 1-click teleport. Plus some food (2-3 sharks). The anti-pot should protect you long enough for a few kills (1-3 depending on ranged level). Repot every 5 minutes or so, or until you start seeing that the shield is protecting you, and not the potion.

I did it totally different I had 70 defence, 70 strength, 70 attack I wore d skirt, zerker, obby cape, rune boots, glory, obby shield, granite platebody. I had a whip and a dds (made palomedes a pain without crush). My inventory was 4 super restores, 2 sara brews, dds, and the rest sharks. I was around level 87 at the time, give or take a level. This setup worked perfectly. I super potted at cammy bank to make room for sharks. I would restore whenever i was around 45-50 in the stat. The first three fights were easy, then came palomedes. Since I didnt have a crush weapon, I used a lot of sharks (around half an inventory), and quite a few doses of super restore. The only one who gave me a problem after that was sir kay. The sara brews were a life saver. They heal around 45 per potion. So i would suggest that inventory setup and full dragon or above if they have it. At the bare minimum they should have dds, crush weapon, whip, 4 restores, 2 sara brews, and the rest sharks. Anyone at around level 85+ can do this. The waves arent hard if you know what attack to use. It took me 2 tries, but the first was really a test run to get a feel for it (and even without brews and with 3 restores, I got to kay before he 4-hit me). I had at least 1.5 restores left out of 4, a sara brew, and 2 sharks. Just my helful tidbit.

Good guide. I had just discovered this little secret around a week ago, when I was F2P. However, I didn't know about Rimmington or Lumbridge, I was burning in Varrock. Just head a little west of the fountain (between the staff seller and the Gypsy) and start burning. Clean path all the way down, so you can cut off time with lines. Usually 3-8k stocked in the general store. Side note: Idk if this was in there, but usually members worlds do not stock willows in Rimmington. To the person who asked when Willows start to cost more than 12gp, I think it happens around 75.

This guide is decent, but it can definately use improvements. First off, do not use lobsters. Always use cakes. They are lighter and they heal the same, but are 3 bites healing 4 each. This means you can stay at low hp (you should stay below 20, I keep around 8-12 hp). Also, what you said about the spinning blades does not really make sense. Maybe you can make a video with Hypercam, or use screenshots? Agility potions are not really worth it. As long as you are around 56+ agility, you should be fine if you fail 1-2 times. Just if you fail twice, try not to go again, as that is 6 levels gone.

For the Agility Courses, 48 is not useful for Ape Atoll. You need 75 before you stop failing there, and at any level below that, you will fail often, and lower your experience a lot. I would say 50 is a decent level to stop at, 56 for regicide onwards. I would say that lunar is useful for farmers (Level 83 - Adds Supercompost to the patch) and all other skillers, but mostly pkers. For Pkers, Everything up to level 95 (heal group) is great, as it will help your team out a lot. Vengence is also great for you at 94, if you dont team. For Prayer, 34 prayer is a good stop for pures. This will give you the highest attack and strength prayers, along with the mid level range and mage prayers. Besides those little thoughts, this is a pretty good list (cant really call it a guide, but its quite a time saver). With a little more work, and some deeper investigation, i believe this guide will be acepted better.

I do support the idea, just not the color. If you could make the (g) color more like the one in the signature then I would be much happier, as it actually looks gold. The trim is alright, no complaints there. And your photoshop looks alright, more or less like the trimmed robes in game.

I have been waiting for something like this to happen for a long time. It gets so frustrating having to guess the number of spaces in a username (like a b....6? 7? 239?), and that idea on recording 60 seconds after will help too, mainly for the auto-talkers (Oh boy do I love to report them).
