Yeah perhaps they need to make system updates into 30 minutes or more now. It wouldn't hurt would it?

I agree with Qeltar. There are definitely ways that this could be done. The main problem would of course be the economical implications, but if the update is leaked to general public it's basically like knowing every update a certain time before hand. This would not be so bad, it would not spoil the updates too much, as the updates are already "spoiled" by developer diaries and such. And updates, contrary to popular opinion, are not about surprises, one should not care if an update is spoiled or not. It's all about how good the update is and how it intergrates into the game, not about how fun and surprising it is during the first week of release. Now what do we choose? The element of surprise and satisfaction for a week, or content that intergrates well into the game and is a success from the very start of the release? I wouldn't mind knowing what an update is a bit beforehand and then having the update be a very good addition to the game. Sorry if this post was a bit incoherent, I'm a bit tired right now :unsure:

It's hard to compare the two as they are so different, so I can't say what the appeal of this game is over AoE. But it's very fast paced and complex strategy which is more oriented towards multiplayer. I definitely recommend giving it a try. It may be annoying getting rushed in the beginning, but once you got the hang of it, you'll do fine.

I tried it, I like it that they are still making a few more arcadeish games :)

A Farming guild could be made interesting, so I chose that.

I always play on world 84. I played there for a long time before, and have started knowing people there, so I never really play in any other world.

Looks cool. I heard that KS rewards won't build on your KS anymore, which will be a nice change. Hopefully this could be what MW2 should have been :)

Meh, who cares about that item, it gives no benefits whatsoever. I recently decided not to go because I'm unsure of what I will be doing in August, so I'm feeling a little disappointed about not going to the event, but the item? I don't care. :rolleyes:

I would've thought that these inventions would be invented anyway (or similar things to them) even if the US hadn't existed. I don't think inventions have to do with location, they have to do with people (and we're not talking about removing people here are we? only the landmass of North America not existing in the first place). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Watched Fight Club and Donnie Darko again because I felt like watching some good movies.

The rapier works out to deal more damage, so its better for slayer. (according to other peoples equations and stuff). Okay, great, thanks :) Just wanted to make sure. Now I know which one to get first (or when I have time to Dungeoneer) since I'm planning on doing a lot of Slaying.

Which one would be the best for something like training Slayer? Rapier or Longsword? I'm guessing the Rapier, but I'm not sure.

Good thing they just fixed it :D I like it that they are fast in fixing gamebreaking issues like that.

Well you get used to Husky after a little while. He used to be more like HD back when he started a year ago though. But I like this better :P he's very funny, while HD is more relaxed, a good mix. BNet is being annoying to me too :( I can't log in and try out the new editor and stuff. But oh well, I got finals coming up, so I probably won't play SC2 for another 3-4 weeks anyways.

I disagree. You see, Dungeoneering is rather fun in my opinion. Even if it's not like other skills, it still requires skill. I do see where you're coming from, but your lack proper evidence to support your theory. Well I gotta agree with him on one point, the rewards just seem a bit high-end. But Jagex will probably fix that somehow :)

Re-listening to Tone Diary 116 which was from last night.

If I had an iPhone I'd get it. I tried the Bouncedown game on my friend's iPhone and it was quite fun.
