Elemental Workshop III
I think someone told me it has, like +17 to mage defense, and +20something to summoning defense. Definitely not worth it. Just another piece of junk.

Werewolf Course
Do you have the ring on?(I forget the name. But it's the one you get from Creature of Frankenstein)

Thinking of building a new computer sometime...
Well considering the price, and how much gaming i do already, i would most likely go with the 250 or 4850. They both look like they'll suit what i need, and directX isn't exactly important to me. How do you mean it 'konked' out? 'Konked' out meaning it no longer works. I think the circuit board in the sub is bad. And since it's only a 50$ speaker set, i might as well just pick up a new one sometime. I'm hoping to use my dad's in the meantime. And thanks, i was kinda wondering about that. Anywho, thanks for the help! Hopefully I'll be able to get underway with this soon and start building it sometime in the summer ^.^

Thinking of building a new computer sometime...
Thanks for taking the time to make a list ^.^ As far as i can tell from my computer knowledge, all the components look pretty good and very well priced(Thinking that's why everyone recommends Newegg for building computers). About the operating system. Well, considering my budget being about 500 - 650$, i think it would be worth it to pickup windows 7. As that kinda widens my possibilities for upgrading. As for getting new games... Well, that really depends. I happen to have a Xbox 360, and most games that i find interesting that come out on PC also come out on a console. So, i think I'll maybe get some new games. But I'm not totally going to convert to a full time PC gamer. I'd just like the PC to be able to meet standards. Edit: Actually, the 500GB looks fine to me. My external is 1TB, and i actually even run all of my games off of it with only slightly longer loading times. So it's fast enough to put all of my music/videos/pictures on(Videos are what take up space. As i archive most of what i record). I might go for a 250, but that really depends on how much I'll save. If it's only about 25$ then i think I'll go for the 500. As it'll let me go longer before having to add another. And plus i've hard my external hardrive for over a year now, and I'm not even close to filling it.

Thinking of building a new computer sometime...
Thanks for the suggestions ^.^ As soon as i dig up some iso writing software, I'll see if i can get this program to dump my drive. I dream of doing that almost every night. Plus, since i have all of my important stuff on my external drive, I don't have to worry about losing anything. So I'll most likely get right on that. And yeah, i wouldn't be surprised if my video card is low-performance relic. Considering how old the computer itself is, and what it was made for in the first place(office work). It's also nice to know that my computer itself is most of the problem. Because it's the on thing i can change. I'm set on everything else. I have a decent monitor, sound system(Actually my sub just konked out, but i should be able to replace that easily), and basically all the other stuff i need. I just need the tower. Oh, and if you could make a list that would be awesome ^.^ My sister knows a few people from collage that are pretty tech savvy and have built towers of their own. I might be able to convince one of them to help me out.

Thinking of building a new computer sometime...
Well, for the last 4~ years i've been using a crappy office computer(Dell Precision 340 that hasn't been reformatted I'm guessing since it was bought off the shelf) that my dad bought off Ebay to do any sort of computer stuff. But honestly, this thing is a hunk of junk. It has countless registry errors, can't run RuneScape for crap(I think it's a problem with my graphics card, as i've hear about problems with ATI cards and RuneScape), has terrible RAM, and is on a terrible ISP to begin with(Seriously, my Download speed is 1.08 Mb/s, while my upload speed is 0.32 Mb/s). The internet connection isn't really something i can fix. We have Windstream Communications, and aren't able to upgrade to higher speeds. Something with our house being "on the end of the line" as they put it. And what's worse is that Windstream is the only ISP where i live. And i know a lot of my problems would go away if i could just reformat. But that isn't possible. I have a Windows XP disk, but it won't let me reformat because the computer has Windows XP Professional on it. I try to boot up the disk, and it says it's a older version and won't let it reformat. Uh, but i've gone off topic here. Anyway, i want to fix what i can by building a new computer. I don't really play many games on my computer(Then again, i wouldn't be able to anyway) so the specs don't have to be top-of-the-line. Just something that is able to handle basic settings of standard games. And also the amount of Video editing i do on the side. And have it so i could upgrade if i got more into computer gaming. But the problem is, that i am totally dumb-founded when it comes to the inside workings of a computer. So i would most likely would have to get someone else to put one together for me. But before that, i need a general idea of what i need for the activities i do. I don't do much on my computer aside from RuneScape and every day internet stuff. I do have a couple games that i run on my computer, that do pretty well. But that's basically because they're older ones. Warcraft 3, Diablo 2, the Original Halo, And even World of Warcraft at one point. I really only had a general idea of costs. I'm guessing around 600 - 800$ for the whole thing. As i saw a few build for 900$ that had over and above what i needed. But i have no clue what i actually need for my uses. This is where i would like you to help. I just kinda want a general guesstimate of how much RAM i would want, what kind of cards, motherboard, case, power supply and all that. If you could help that would be great. But if i don't provide enough information, I'd be happy to provide more if you just ask me. Thanks!

penguin points & level 1 dungeon
Yeah, you can use any exp reward on any skill at any level(With the exception of skills you haven't done the quest for yet). Though i would advice against doing so with DG'ing. If you're going for rewards, then exp gained while DG'ing = tokens. So i would gain my DG'ing exp naturally.

Fight Caves Setup
Oh, yeah ,that's right #-o I use a mixture of restores + prayer potions to keep the cost low. So that's why it slipped my mind. But to OP: Yeah. Range all the way, and have a decent ration of brews - restores. I normally pack 5 - 6 brews, and a healthy amount of restores. Around 10 - 12. then the rest prayer potions if you wish to save a bit. Otherwise just more restores.

How to get gold ammies u?
Yeah, i manage to grind away 91 - 94 mage(around 24k ammies) in 3 day's time. I put the offer in, about 3k of them bought in the first hour, then a few more k hours after that. But when ever i reached a gap where i didn't have any, i would just switch to standard book and alch while i waited. The final 10k bought on the last day. So, depending on how many you're buying, it could take some time. And this is when they were still crashing due to the rouge update. After a day or two, you should have a good amount to start with.

Castle Wars Potions
I think it's basically just a four dose super set that you can only use in-game. Pretty useless imo. I'm not going to waste castle wars tickets on something i can get off the GE for 7k~. I could see if they were extremes, but they're not. And even the magic one is just a essence potion. Which is less of a boost then a normal magic potion =S

42mil what to do?
Having your own G altar is pretty convenient. You don't have to wait for people to open up their house for people to use theirs. And i would be against getting herblore. It just isn't worth it unless you have enough to grind all the way to the higher-end potions. Other then that, i would save, save, save. Till you have enough for something useful like turmoil/overloads.

Fight Caves Setup
Melee'ing most of them is a pretty bad idea. You'll consume a lot more healing items then you already should ranging. And plus when the 360's come in, you need to have magic pray on the whole time one is in the arena. So this keeps you from praying on the 180s(Which you should do anyway if you don't have one locked into a safespot). I would say: Range the whole cave, swap out prossy top for black hides. and the zerker ring for a explorer's or something. Dump the guthan's body and the rocktail, and replace with brews and more prayer potions. And looking at a fight cave guide wouldn't hurt either.

dfs what to do?
I myself have a DFS, and the only real reason i keep it is for tanking at castlewars/clanwars. Which i do both a lot. But that's only because I'm minigame savy. If you don't do a lot of those bosses, or minigames, then you really have no use for it.

About the "Mask of Dragith Nurn"
Yeah, considering you're only 67 defense, a rune full helm would be better for melee training. And there are far superior options for range/mage.

Winning at Castle Wars
I always go on the Zamorak team. Can't stand bright color schemes... Anyway, what i want to do when i collect tickets is go into each portal, and right-click around to get the majority levels of the players. Then do the same with the other team. Or you could actually attempt to help your team win. Such as using more powerful potions and ammo/weapons. Or maging. The amount of good flag tanks and magers are what really matter in a game.

~90k fletching xp an hour - should I be faster?
If he enjoys it, hey. More power to him. Hmm, i would aim for something like fishing, agility, thieving, or magic. They're the more respected 99 capes then firemaking/cooking/fletching. But go for what ever you enjoy the most ^.^

Castle Wars Improvements - Faithful Shield
For anyone wanting to know, i've ran tests myself. And the halos will stack with existing prayer bonuses. With a zammy halo, prossy plate, verac skirt, ardy cloak 3, and 80 prayer, my prayer will last almost a entire spec bar recharge(Using piety at Armored zombies). That's significantly longer then how long i last with a nezzy helm. Anyway i really love this update, best one in a while imo. Grinding away 420 castlewars tickets though out the whole time i've played finally pays off ^.^ Oh, and all the rewards are re-sellable just like the armors are. Which makes it even better. And i can really only see the shield being useful for a rune pure or something. But i really don't know a rune pure that would grind away 200 tickets at Castle Wars =S

TUTO ISLAND has some Bad News...
Great! I've been watching your blog for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with the progress =D> You remind me of the time i had the most fun in RS. Just doing what you felt like, and trying to do it under certain circumstances. In this case, not going over 9 constitution. And plus i love all of the screenshots you take. It reminds me when i used to take them all the time. But now it's too much for my old computer to open paint, name and save them. I usually end up lagging out =S I only really to do it now when i gain a level/do a quest or some other achievement worth noting. But anyway, great blog and i look forward to future posts ^.^

Monkey Madness musing
Over the years the standard for what is 'hard' has been raised. It's true, back in the day Monkey Madness was a incredibly difficult quest. But now, we have While Guthix Sleeps, Nomad's Requiem, and other quests that raised the bar quite a bit. Plus, over the years we have gotten more items that make these old quests a cakewalk. And it's a lot easier to obtain exactly what you need to overcome a quest with ease due to the GE. It's just a matter of how much gold you're sitting on. This is why i believe that Jagex is trying to make more and more quests focused on puzzle solving skill and combat skills rather then having the right items. Which would you be more proud of? Sitting behind a rock ranging a demon and sipping a prayer potion every 2 mins? Or having a epic battle with one of the strongest monsters in Runescape that can wipe your Lifepoints clean out if you make a single mistake?

Fury - Sell or keep?
Yeah, keep it. I would base something like that just off of something that you 'sense'.

Does anyone have any dungeoneering rewards yet?
Coal and gem bags don't degrade. Basically, with the bonecrusher: When you kill an enemy, instead of it dropping bones, you just get the same amount of prayer EXP had you buried the bones it would have dropped. And all off the scrolls: Once you buy them, you use them and you get the permanent effect described. Only reward i own atm is the gem bag. But others are pure logic/what i've heard from other people.

Runescape Reboot
Uhhh, how many players per server are we looking at here? Because let's face it. If there are only 2000 people aloud in a closed off server, there's going to be a severe limit on high level items. Whips, and stuff like that, that requires high stats to get ahold of would be ungodly expensive. And non of them would enter the economy till months after the server boots.

Rune crossbow, really the best?
I didn't realize that there were still people that didn't know that darts were the best for Kuradals(EXP/hr, that is). But yeah, it's just because if the ring. There's a reason why people don't use cry bows at arma. Rune ke'bow is superior due to the special ability that bolts have. Plus the usage of a shield.
