I support this. Once, I died doing RFD with my money, because I was way to cocky, and forgot my antidragonbreath shield... I returned to lumby, cursed twice, and a mod just happened to be there. He only told me to "Watch it!" If he had muted me, I would have been very, very upset... I would hate being muted, and think those who are deserve a chance to redeem themselves...

I'm thinking you should destroy the low-level monsters, at least the ones who drop under sweetcorn. And the level to get in should be at least 36! Additionaly, the monsters whould drop produce, and there should be a bank chest? Bad first start, but this could get better! I support.

You could just use runners to bring you the planks, and take the product... EDIT: I think the chins idea would beat everything... If you could find 2k people who wanted 99 ranging, you could just have everyone go in the combat watever, stand in two piles, and throw back and forth... It would be the cheapest 99 :)

I think the way to do this is to make people have to do a bunch of quests to cut yews, catch lobbies and tuna, mine coal, etc. And those quests would take high combat lv's. Because clearly IP banning, and text with fluffy colours and lines won't work. The Random a day idea might be too much programing work.=, although it is feasible. The best option? Killing f2p, although that would eliminate their main source of members.

I would take a Ring of stone, Ring of Charos (U), and a bunch of high alching runes... My plan: walk into the WHite House. When guard comes, turn into a stone. He'll leave me alone. When he's gone, Continue walking, and do this agian and again till I see The President. Next; charge at him, use my charos, and yell at him "LEAVE CANADA ALONE!" :evil: Maybe a bunch of gold bars, too, because I'm sure you can easily make 10k gold coins with one, and some mithril bars, too, so I could sell the super light armour to people for millions :D

It must definitely be the general store owner. Not only because he's the oldest store - thus have most transactions, but he was open during the first few holiday drops! Yes, he's open during the holiday drops, back when their value were not realized. That means he must have purchased quite a few masks, santa, eggs, pumpkins, half wine, AND OF COURSE PHATS! I dare anyone to beat that* *TBH, there's one more unnamed npc whom is worth even more. That npc is the one that cleans Gielinor after an item drop for two minute (I shall name him [Two Minute Monster]. [Two Minute Monster] was created as one of the earliest service npc for runescape. His job is simple, pick up any item in RuneScape that dropped for longer than two minute. Him and his job allowed him to amass the largest fortune ever known to RuneScape - phats, 2.1b gp pile, 3rd age, you name it, he has it ALL. The Bank or Runescape has you beat... As long as we are going by High Alch value, of course. The number of half-wines, disks of returning, santas, p hats, crackers (etc...) that have been dropped if sold at w2 prices, would be more than all the money is rs...

This is just my sentimentsl opinion, but I feel that if they had gotten the p Hat before they were worth more than 100k, iId keep it forever, but if they had bought it for a large amount, I'd sell it; it would only be an investment. It would feel sorta dirty...

I'm thinking that there should be an "make flax into BowString option, and chop yew option. Those would make autoers ( I firmly believe that most money autoers make comes from woocutting) Finnaly have a match, and then the economy would not suffer too badly once they're finnaly gone. ( I wish) Also, Anyone who does not use this and who has 1.5mil is an idiot- you can more than double 750k in 10 days! Just put in 750k, add 75k everyday, keep your approval at 100%, and on the 10th day withdarw, and if you put 100% on flax, you get 250% what you had before, and if the other 50% was on coal you get 210%! I can barely belive more poeple haven't done this! Meanwile, I try to level up more lv 24 slayer to 40 :(

I told a p mod we were [cabbaged] during pc, and all he told me was "Watch it!" I felt sooo bad for the rest of the day... On the Bright side, I didn't get reported, and I got revenge on Jagex by crushing a Pmod who was on my team in CW with the rocks. I fled, so I'd never be seen by him again...

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE HARDEST THING TO DO! I really wouldn't care if only the 15,000 top combat players got the fire cape; it's not so much better than an obey cape or a ledgend's cape, the fire cape is supposed to be a cape worn with honnor, not a cape that was won be using Jagex's programing against them!

Awww, darn! I just used my 400+ gems! on topic: I have little doubt that bolt's are a good way to train, and will only be used by pkers, stakers, high lv monster killers, and people looking to hit high hits. So, I predict that addy bolts will be used often, rune bolts very seldom, and only by pkers, and mith bolts by people who feel addy is too expensive, and steel bolts pretty much never. I think this will make the price of mith and addy armour rise, though. Wouldn't it be nice if jagex made ranging stores sell bolts? I think they should.

Hmmm... you give me ideas... Merchanter alching. KQ alching, KBD alching, zamorack alching, the mage dispenser in BA alching, ETC.

Making the mage lv req. like 60/70ish, and taking two laws, 8 airs, and no use past lv 15 wildey would be good. And as for You would have to take your items off you, then teleport them to the bank, and maybe go through a "are you sure you want to send ______ to the bank?" screen that would take some time. Or, better yet, why doesn't jagex make imp boxes stackable? It'd be the same thing!

If there was a toll on pc points, you could just stand there, and exchange for points... 99 cb stats, , 99 prayer, 99 magic, 99 herby, AND PLENTY OF GP.

They say the can detect the difference between people lending items, and people buying, but I want to know how they can be sure without watching someones account for a very long time. The only problem comes in with all these recent bans, is some people might have been legitimate. I really hope no one legitimate WAS banned.... I don't want Jagex trying to look good, but ending up screwing themselves -.- There is always the chance that the person could be innocent. That chance, however, is very slim. RWT's most likely lend large amounts of cash to many people. Legit player's lend mostly items or something else to people who have been on their friends list a long time. I have lent many items to friends(full veracs for kqing, full guthans for dking, dragon axes) and I have yet to get banned. I won't claim that I know anything about programing, but my logic says that they trace large amouts of money being traded, and then see if the trader repeats this. Cause you realy think that ppl who sell rs gold make a new account for every trade? No. They use the same ones, and Jagex detects this. And, if th account who tradded the money was lv3, they might just get suspicious...

I'm also happy Jagex made a nice, hard quest, one with high requirements, and one that gives me something to shoot for. =D> Good job Jagex =D>
