Skilling's pretty much dead. There are methods (mostly mhing) that are way better. Barrows still decent I guess.

Defender. You'd need at least ~DFS to make a shield a better option.

Not sure about inventory, but whip + defender/a shield is much better then bgs. EEE for spec to time overloads. Avoid eating more then 2 doses of brew at a time to keep your stats above base level.

It's pretty simple. You do the floors you can (aka 1-12 at the moment for you), and when the last floor is done, you reset. Then you'll have 12 prestige for the next set of floors.
